Ht. 5'5", Wt. 138 - Excercise- How much excercise is a good ammount (not too little, not too much) for steady weight loss? Please let me know what your favorite forms of excercise are!

i would say an hour 5 times a week at least. remember u ahve to eat healthy tho too. cuz just excercising probably wont take off the weight.
