Ht. 5'4", Wt. ?? - I just wanted to thank everyone on this site. I haven't posted here for a VERY long time, but i couldnt have lost the weight I did without you guys. I came to this site, at age 12, when I was overweight. I tried alot of the things that people said they did, and took the tips that people commented on. Now, I'm healthy and slender. My weight is in the 26th percentile for my height, age, and gender. I just want to say that YOU CAN DO IT! It does take hard work. I found certain things that helped me. I started doing Tae Bo. I highly recomend that. Also, instead of fad diets, just try REPLACING (not cutting) most of your sweets with fruit. And instead of pop, drink real fruit juice. Change your eating habbits. I used to be a mayonaise addict, and now I found something I like even better (Honey Musturd ((like 5 cals!!)). So start today! Do not pull that whole, "Okay, first thing tomorrow" crap, Do it now!
