Ht. 5 1, Wt. 160 - So far today
Breakfast-life cereal(dry)
Lunch- turkey snadwhich on wheat bread, lays light chips(i HIGHLY recomend these!!!!!), and milk
snack- Lays light chips(SOO GOOD)
Im going to talk a walk because its SOO beautiful out then Im going to workout at 5 in my room and core train(light ab workouts)

Yup, I agree with everything Charlotte said, espicially that the lays light chips are still not good for you, just slightly better than regular.

light lays chips r better for u than normal ones but they still r not very good for u try not to have them more than 4 times a week because they r still all reifned, and dont have ur cereal dry milk is great for u and u havent gotten any calcium in yet today
