Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:155 - ok 2day..good day or bad day?
breakfast..half of light strawberry yogurt-50 cals
lunch-basically what i have everday..half of a pb&j on wheat bread with light jelly-70 cals, 6 saltine crackers-70 cals, sugar free jell0-10 cals, grapes-50 cals, and water so thats 200 cals for lunch
snack- light lays and some light dip-90 cals
dinner-half of a chicken parmesan-100 cals?, corn-50 cals?
half of a crousaunt dinner roll-40 cals? grapes-30 cals
milk-50 cals..so for dinner about 260 cals
dessert- a 100 cal cookie and some milk-140 cals
(note all milk is skim milk)
soo im thinking ive had about 850-900 cals 2day..good or bad?
oh and i worked out during softball practice and dont really feel like doing n e thing else 2day

u need more protein and milk and less grains plus try to get a bigger brekfast

From what I read it sounds like you ate at least 1,000 calories. But you should try to eat over 1,200 calories and burn off more than you eat rather than just eat fewer calories than a non-dieter would.
