Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:155 - ok 2day..good day or bad day? breakfast..half of light strawberry yogurt-50 cals lunch-basically what i have everday..half of a pb&j on wheat bread with light jelly-70 cals, 6 saltine crackers-70 cals, sugar free jell0-10 cals, grapes-50 cals, and water so thats 200 cals for lunch snack- light lays and some light dip-90 cals dinner-half of a chicken parmesan-100 cals?, corn-50 cals? half of a crousaunt dinner roll-40 cals? grapes-30 cals milk-50 cals..so for dinner about 260 cals dessert- a 100 cal cookie and some milk-140 cals (note all milk is skim milk) soo im thinking ive had about 850-900 cals 2day..good or bad? oh and i worked out during softball practice and dont really feel like doing n e thing else 2day ~andrea~
