Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Hi my name is Laura and i dance, do cross-country, play softball and volley ball. But now a days i do nothing. Today i ran on the tredmill for 15 minutes. And lifted weights. Can you give me a diet plan,and exercise i could do along the lines of weights, tredmill, crunches, floor exercises, but food i could actually have at my house? Not something i'm gonna have to have a shopping spree. My dance is also coming up and i want to look good in my dress. See i'm not really fat. I am a hard-core dancer so i have, so i have a lot of muscle in my thighs but "extra meat" on my arms (a lot) and my upper stomach and some on the lower. Please help me . I really want to do this!! <333333333

thank u for ur reply. well i know during the summertime i use to just walk everywhere and drink lots of water and I ate whatever. and I lost 10 pounds so u just have to come up with something that will fit you and will not be that hard for you to adapt to. oh yeah im not talking about being on their for an hour straight.I will break it down throughout the day. maybe 20 in the morning, 20 in afternoon, and 20 at night. but thank u good-luck

If u seriously want to loose weight just tell urself tht u can and will lose this extra weight! cut down on portion size's and DONT SNACK..dont eat after 7 p.m. and exercise for like 30 mins a day but pace urself dont do it all at once if u can't do simple 10 minute secsions and then relax and do it again! u'll lose the weight in NOOO TIME! good luck =)
