Hello everyone! I'm going to be the positive person for today! I'm currently 5ft 6in and 118lbs. I used to be like everyone else in here....i weighed 207lbs. But one day something came over me....i knew that this was unhealthy for myself. I didn't want to lose weight to look better....but to be healthy. But there are only 3 things you need to lose weight, three important things: sensible foods, Exercise & Will power. with these three things you'll have the most ideal weight. at first you'll feel that it takes too long and be discouraged....well i'll be honest, yeah it does take long....but if u work at it the summer time you'll be feeling a lot better than u do today. I excercised for 3 months and counted my calories. I went from 150-130. This month I haven't lost anything but my goal weight is 115-120.

Im so happy to tell you some good news :) i had lost 7pounds but now i have lost 10pounds why??? Near Jan. i saw this keep fiteathealthy plan in the news papper i followed it and soon lost a pound a week i added 25 situps in the morning and 15mins dancing to britanyspears the time flew by i did the same before bed and started to lose 2pounds a week 1 month and well ive lost 10pounds still not anogth but soon i i have another month before my hol. but i still need help lol email me for support etc.

My mum devised a diet which involved counting calories and fat - lower at first and then gradually higher. We wrote down everything I ate and kept to this set amount. We were fairly flexible on what I ate as long as it didn't exceed the calories we had decided upon, but we did more or less cut out junk food, crisps, cakes, chocolate although we did find low calorie versions of crisps and eclairs. I lost 22 pounds in 3 months. I ate a lot of Weight Watchers meals where the calories are already counted so we could be sure exactly what I was eating. I also ate more fruit and drank more water.

hey guyz/gurlswell heres my story i was overweight my whole lifein 1998 i was diagnosed with diabetes type 2 because i was big! i weighed 198... so i knew i had to do something with my weight i wasnt happy at that weight people were mean to me and would call me nasty names so i decided to loose some weight i joined softball stopped watching lots of tv... i watched what i ate .. drank lots of water.. and now 3 yrs later i weigh 135! i met my goal my goal was 140! so i am very happy.. i go to the gym 5 times a week i hate sitting and not doin nuthing i was always on the go! well i wish yaz all good luck keep your mind to it and u will succeed like i did! u feel much better more energie and happy and i bet the diabetes!! :) i am living a good life! well take care all my friends! luv yaz!feel free to email me.. hope to here from yazsmile its free!!!
