Around 3 months into my Freshman year I moved to a new town, new school, new everything. I was 5'4 and weighed 129 pounds. Although I know I didn't look fat, I looked really thick. Thick thighs, thick middle. Thick BUTT! Well within the next two months I cut down my food, almost in half and drank so much water like a mad woman! That month I went back to my old school and I was 108 pounds. I still am! My figure is so cute now because I have a little waist and nice curvy hips!

ok...last year i weighed 140 pounds. I know weigh 125. I did this within a month. The main THING here people is to stop whining, stop feeling sorry for yourself- no one can help you, you can only help yourself. You may want to lose the weight RIGHT NOW but low and behold, NO you will not lose it all over night. I busted my ASS losing 15 pounds in that amount of time, but i was motivated too. When you have the motivation...it'll happen...

When I was going into grade 7 I had a weight problem and I was not ashamed of it, until I started to get teased. I had to do something about it. So I started to excerisize swimming and dancing. Over the summer of grade 7 I lost about 15lbs. So I was not chubby and hardly called fat or bad names. So soon I became a good weight were I was not fat but still a little over weight. About a size 30 in jeans and I was only 12. So the summer of grade 8 going into highschool. I lost 10lbs. Then I was at an average weight. Once I started to look good I was happy. But still not skinny and the weight I wanted to be. I had quit swimming and started aerobics which helped me a lot more. I still also did dance and speed walking for fun. Highschool was a big thing and when skinny girls got all the I

I used to weigh 323 pounds and now I weigh 150. I learned if you dont eat ,but drink a lot of water you will lose weight.

I was really depressed with my weight last year..even though everyone disagreed, I felt as if I were really overweight. I developed an eating disorder that was unhealthy and definatly unsuccessful. I was 130 pounds, and now after joining 2 new teams (swimming and hockey) I feel great...It doesnt even matter to me that I weigh more then my best friend. I feel good, and thats the important thing right?

Hey, I'm seventeen. As a freshman in my university's marching band, I felt that I was the largest person on the field. I'm 5'5, and I weigh 185 pounds. I recently started exercising a couple of days ago, and I have already lost a pound. I've done this by exercising to some of Denise Austin's exercising tapes. Hopefully I'll be able to raech my goal of weighing 140 pounds by the start of the fall 2002 semester.

Hi, i want to say that Christine's story is inspiring me to lose the wieght that i want. Im 5'5', and i weigh 150, my goal is to reach at least 130 lbs. I just started yesterday after i read Christines story, but im confident that going on this junk-food free diet and doing tae-bo everyday will help will shed the pounds! Ive spent alot of my life unhappy about myself because i thought that i was to fat for just about everything, now im starting to take control, and although it might take awhile, im going to stick to it. I want to speak to all of u who are very unhappy about their wieght, your not going to lose any pounds whatsoever if you don't work on the inside first, because thats where losing wieght starts. First be happy with who and what you are, be content, then work to make changes in you and your body that will help you become a better person than you already are. Thanx, when i have lost the wieght i will be sure to write again.

HEY There! My names Christine and i reached my goal of 128lbs from 166lbs. It took me a little over 3 months to do but every week I saw little changes in my body. I reached my goal by exercising 5-7 days a week and eating a well balanced diet. For me im 5"6 and im still trying to lose weight. I want to weight 115lbs. When i started my diet I ate a boiled egg for breakfast and a peice of toast with aone teaspoon natural jam. For lunch i would eat 2 peices of bread, half a can of tuna and half a toamtoe with one tablespoon of mayonaisse. For dinner i ate 2 medium sized baked potatoes with 1 tablespoon of mayonaisse. I exercised by running on a treadmill burning 250 cals for 30min daily. I think my diet worked for me because the food i was eating still had a little fat in it. I liked the foods i was eating so i was not starving my cravings. Good luck with your diet!! I know you can do it!---After all i didnt think i could , and i did!.

I am not overweight and I am healthy, but my friend named Megan is 15 years old now and is a inch taller then me and I am around 5'3 so she is 5'4 and a week ago 175 pounds she is putting on weight fast cause she eats when she is stressed. I read this book called weigh down with god and you eat only when you have hunger pains and stop when there gone and your belly is satisfied I told her that a week ago so far she has lost 8 pounds in one week brining her down to 162, she is pretty but has to be 125 pounds to be a cheerleader. I never though basic walking and stuff could cut your weight as much as its been doing for me, but since I started at my new school, they make us walk, run, jog about a mile and a quarter each day and Im 5'8 and I was 144 lbs, and in just over a week im 138 and i am muscular so i dont look 138, and my stomach is getting flatter too, ive been wearing tighter tank tops and i can wear a bikini without that pudge on my sides its an amazing feeling.
