I haven't reached my goal weight 130 pounds but to tell the truth i don't even no how much i weigh but i am sure i do not weigh 130 pounds. Well i used to be 150 when school started but then i joined soccer and i lost 15 pounds by playing soccer. Then sadly when soccer ended I started to gain a lil bit of weight. Then when i heard that volleybal was going to start i joined but then something happened, and i didn't get to stay on the team. Then when i got home that day i found my taobo tapes and i started to do the veryday and since that day i have lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. I hope that one of these days i will know how much i weigh and get to my goal of 130 pounds and continue lossing weight and looking good! I became fat when I was 8 I used to be a normal skinny little girl, but after that I was gaining more wheight. When I was in 8th grade I suddenly lost 10 lbs. 160 down to 150.I decided then that I wanted to loose more so I started eating less and exercised everyday(at least 30 mins). I am now 14 and a freshman and happily 130 lbs a size small in shirts and 6 in pants! (I used to be a large and a size 12!) I would possibly like to loose more but ya know I'm pretty happy with myself FINALLY! You know what God thinks your beautiful no matter what so.....just know that he can help you and if you want to change your look go for it the right way!!! GOOD LUCK!

I was never realy fat but I was always a little chubby round my stomach and thighs. I was embarassed by my weight and I wore clothes to cover it up. I have lost weight just by being realy active and forgetting about eating. So I just eat when it is mealtime and I hardly ever think about food because I am studying or doing stuff with my friends. Food is not a hobby it is just a partof every day that I have to do to be healthy. And I lost all my extra weight and now everyone keeps saying how slim I am. I am so looking forward to Christmas because I look slim in my new clothes. I feel WONDERFUL!!!

I would constantly eat so much even though i was full. it was like my mouth wanted it, just to taste it and my stomach didn't. I got tired of saying i would lose wieght. I tried starving myself for 3 days and then i realized how worst it was, i felt bloated and hunry. I started to eat again and gained all the weight, and even more. so then i promised myself i would inally diet the right way. I ate fruits everyday. Only fruits. I started to think of fat food as an enemy. I then realized that it was workng. I was 170 then i went down to 140 in 3 months, i will continue dieting and eating right and lose more. I ffeel so good. i'm 5'9 so before i still didn't look big. i looked slim, but now i feel slim. so what im saying is everyone can do it like i did! When I was about 13, I started to get really fat, and by the time I was in 8th grade I was about 189 pounds. I felt disgusting and I hated myself. I got this way because I formed some really bad habits. My sister is kinda big and she used to eat junk food all the time, and to me it was like a competition - if she had 3 chocolate cookies I had to have 3 too. It's really sad that I got this way cause I used to be so active and skinny when I was little. So I got fed up with being fat and when I was 14 we got a dog. I did some research and decided that calorie counting would be the most effective way to lose weight, and so I did that and walked my dog every day for 30 to 40 minutes. Within a year or two I had gone from 189 pounds to 143 pounds. Hey everyone,Well i havent reached my goal yet but i did go from 170pounds to what i am now 145!!Well through out my childhood my sister and i, we were da "fat gurls" of the family..Well because my family all of the girls are REAL skinny (wich made me even more depressed) all of them had the nice bodies n almost 6 of them are right now profeesional models, anyways, i used to always be called da Hipo..my cuzins would tease me and the kids in elemantary would call me fatt ass..Well when i was in 5th grade my sister was in 11th grade my sister went from 185pounds to 110!! now everyone was sayin how ugly i looked and i got very depressed i gained even more weight i got to the point of being 12 and 170-175 pounds! Well, I was 12 and 175 pounds at 5ft 1inch. I was wearing a size 16 in womens. So, through careful research on the internet, I found a way which worked best for me, calorie counting. But let me tell you, the first 10 pounds are the easiest to lose, which I did in about 3 weeks. After about 2 months I had to start exercising to keep the weight going. I've been off and on calorie counting for what will be over 2 years now, and recently I have gone back on it becauseIi would like to lose more weight. Currently, though, I am 136 pounds and 5ft 2inches. I lost more weight when I joined tennis, which was a great expirience, and summer was a great time to do things. I suggest to anyone who wants to lose weight to just exercise, watch what you eat, and to remember, these things take time. My next goal is 130 pounds, and eventually I want to be around the 115 area. I hope I can achieve my goal. I have faith in myself because I have already lost about 40 pounds. Hi everyone! i wanted to tell you guys this story...you might not belive it but here it goes..i was 15 and weighed 210 lbs. Im no 16 and weigh 155 lbs. I still have alot to lose but Im well on my way. I feel so much better about myself. People have notcied..well i guess they would huh? It just feels soo good! I play soccer and when I was that much over weight it was hard for me to run and keep up with the other girls but now I can run up to 3 miles and i got to play alot more this year! There is only one thing.. I started losing weight in july and it is now november so I lost it rater quick but still i plan to keep it off and lose more!

Hello my name is Lyna im 13 I weighted 198 i was unhappy. one time my aunt came to visit me and my family and when she looked at me she said that i really had to loose weight so she helped me. She made me a plan:ran 2 miles a day ( very hard)and ate healthy food and of cours WATER and about 4 months later i weight now 100 i have lost weight thanks to my aunt

I started doing full body weight training every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 1 1/2 hours. Then doing Cardio 30 mins on Mon, Weds, Fri, and 45 mins Tuesday and Saturday. (Taking days off Thurs and Sun to let my body rest.) As for food. I STILL eat peanut butter on 2 slices of whole wheat bread. then for snack I eat Light 'n fit creamy yogurt (low in sugar 10 grams) and an apple. Then for lunch I eat a tuna sandwich on 2 slices of whole wheat bread(with full fat mayo in my tuna)(mustard, pickles and pepperchinis) Then eat more fruit for snack. Then a couple hours later eat some broccoli and carrotts. then eat a salad with chicken. (dressing olive oil and vinegar.) I am never bored with what I eat because I do eat "forbidden" foods, only in moderation. (on weekends)I was about 135 lbs. I am down to 130 lbs. Though it may not sound like a big difference, it's because I've gained muscle.If anyone needs advice, I am going to be going into college to learn more about nutrition, exercise and healthier living. When I was 12, I weighed 236 lbs. I felt horrible, and I had no self esteem. I would look in the mirror and get depressed, so I would eat, then I would look in the mirror and get depressed...and so on.. I decided not to let it happen anymore. I started walking every day and riding my bike as often as I could. I also cut all of the extra sugar and fat out of my diet, only having it ocasionally. It really helped. Now, at 16, I weigh 127 lbs. It is a great feeling to be able to run and jump without feeling out of breath. It is also great to feel good about yourself. keep trying, and you can lose weight too.

I started to notice that I was a little bit over wieght when I was 11. I was 4'10 and I wieghed 100 pounds. By the time I was 12, I was 5'1 and I wieghed 95 pounds. I lsot about 15 pounds but since i grew...I joined the track team and I lost fifteen pounds! I ate a lot more healthier...bye bye mccdonalds...hello hard boiled eggs and yummy luna bars :) Now that I'm 14 Im not SKINNY but Im average and Im not teased You can do it! Join a team at school! It's THAT easy!Ps. I did track 4 days a week...
