about a month ago i weighed 132, im 5'4 and i weighed 132. i started doing cardio, and lifting weights, and doing windsor pilates6 times a week, and before i knew it i had lost 7 pounds!!!! now i havent fully reached my goal, i still have 17 pounds to go, and though i can barely see a difference, i feel better knowing ive accomplished something, the key is consistancy, and i got it! il keep u updated, if u have any tips for me please e-mail me at please, i need all the help i can get.

I have been on a diet since last month and I am really getting the weight of!! I am so happy! I was 5'3 and about 150 lb. But now i'm 140!!!!! :) I just ate less and extersize! Just belive in your self and everytime you feel like eating go on this site and read the stories! Thats how I got started... If it wasn't for this awsome site I would be 155 right now!! but hey I'm not! By the way my goal is 135 for now!! when I reach that goal I'll update! GOOD LUCK! LOVE YAH ALLLLLLLL!!!! BELIVE IN YOU SELFS DON'T GIVE UP!!

I was 136 lbs. last July. 10 months later, I weigh 113-114 lbs. I been taking karate for 6 months and I watch what I eat. I rarely eat fast food, my mom says that the milkshakes and the fries are the WORST!!! Then my mom bought the book "Restaurant Confidential" and pointed out just how FATTENING fast food is. I limit my snacks to about 100-200 calories (Fat-Free Jello Pudding snacks are the best!!). I eat a lot of fruit and very little pasta. I used to eat 3 slices of pizza but now I only eat one. 1 slice of pizza is 420 calories and 1 slice of pizza with pepperoni is 620 calories! Now I only eat plain pizza! Like i said, you have to watch your calories CAREFULLY!!!!! Oh, yeah, i drink a lot of water and no soda. My mom said that the artificial sweeteners in diet soda actually STIMULATE your appetitie.

i used to way 300 pounds (136 kilos) and when i looked down i could only see by boobs and my big jiggelly belly i had to get my friends to read my weight (my friend where obese two) so we went on a diet and excersise diet for a whole year now we can all see our feet and my big fat body has become so skinny i am where cloths i havent worn in 4 years

Hey everybody, I just wanted to congrat you all on loosing weight!! I know how hard it is,I used to weigh 250 lbs and it took two years but I lost 70 lbs! I am still working hard and excersizing, I want to loose at last 30 lbs and I think I will be happy, I hope! Even if it is one pound, thats the best feeling in the world!!! Don't give up, its hard, but its just that much less youhave to worry about in the future!!:)

hi everyone...when i was 12 i weighed around 150-160 and everyone noticed that i was that fat so last summer i got so sick and tired of being fat so i started exercising and finding ways not to eat as much as i had been and plus going to the pool and swimming pretty much the whole day helped alot to no im 13 and im almost in highschool i weigh 123-125 my goal by the end of this summer is to weigh 100-110 i hope all of yall reach ur goal and i wish all of u good luck and hang in there u can do it

I used to weigh about 200 and was only 5 foot six. The thing i did to loose weight was to only eat the three main meals of the day. No Snacks. Never eat past 7:00 at night. Once you start loosing weight it will inspire you to loose more.

okay i am 14 and i used to way 170 lb's. I totally decided to go on a diet and i cut out all pop, candies, and fattening foods. I also bought this really cheap excercise video becuase i didn't want to be doing the wrong excercises and that helped too.I lost about 10 pounds in 3 weeks and am still losing weight i can't wait to lose more it really boosted my energy.

hey Everyone,In a matter of a year i gained 30 pounds and i really wanted to be healthy. I wanted to feel less tired and look better. The first step took was looking at my chubby tummy in the mirror and saying that i was beautiful no matter how much i weighed, and there i started my road to success. I drank tons of water, and ate lots of veggies and fruit. U can do it all my gurls. I lost 20 pounds, and i fell so much better!

I use to weigh 200pounds and i was feeling really bad about myself so i decided to go on a diet. I walked everyday for at least 30-45minutes a day and i ate a lot less. I lost 10pounds in 3 weeks. I still have some more weight to lose but i'm feeling good about myself.

i lost 2 kilos in a week! thats almost 4.4 pounds. many people in the chat room always says that i will diet but they never did. so i tried to make myself a diffrence. my advantage is i lose weight easily because in our country the Philippines fodds are cooked healthily because of the spanish colonozation before unlike in america where all sweets are available so almost many in america have a hard time to lose weight. and because we are in a tropical place so we perspire easily unlike in america where it is often cold so you cant exercise.

I'm 15 and I'm 5'4" and I weigh 138...I was 140 about 4 days ago so I lost 2 lbs. in 4 days!(I still need to lose 20 more lbs.) All I did was start Weight Watchers and walked about 30 minutes a day and some extras. The first day sucked comepletely but now I feel so much better! Just remember don't eat too much, drink a lot of water, and just exercise. It took time to gain your lbs. and it takes time to lose them! Keep up the good work everyone, it's work it!
