ok guys- quick update- two more pounds lost. now i'm 5'5" and 153. i'm losing it by working out as much as i can stand at least 4 days if not more a week. doing taebo and dance-dance-revolution and such- i also walk a couple miles on sunday uphill to my gramps to clean his apartment for him. i watch what i eat by eating usually 1000-1500 calories a day. i've been changing my eating habits little by little too. i only drink water and i eat fruit for breakfast and have at least 4 servings of veggies a day...

I started back in July at 241 and now, in November I'm at 227. 14 pounds may not seem like much but thats including completely dropping my diet for a week while i was in florida with my friends and while i went through a depressing, let me stuff myself because i hate myself mood. i'm back on track now though.

Hi I came to blubber buster about a year ago looking at all the good information the site had to offer helped me out a lot in my attemp to lose weight, and finally in the end I came down from 159.8 to 132.6 I know this may seem not very much but it was satisfactory. This took me 3 weeks on the slim fast diet, but i did about 45mins of exercise a day with the diet and ate healthy snack meals and drank water when i was hungry. Im happy with my weight now it has improved my life and how I think of myself alot. I have just gone back on the diet again now a year after doing it again to do another3 weeks and work off the rest of the weight now that i know when i lose it i wont just put it straight back on :O)
