I was able to reach my weight goal by eating right and physical activities i did cheerleading and some softball. I always kept the weight losing to a point were a dont fell like i am starving myself but just enough were i dont feel like i am so full i will throw up. Just keep your mind on what youre doing and anyone can get through it!

Hey i used to be 207 and now i'm am 158! yay! one pound till im not overweight anymore!YAY!! That will mean i will have lost 50 pounds! But i am going to lose another 20 pounds at least!

When i first came on this site i weighed 160 now about 1 month later I'm down to 148. All i've done is THINK! Some of its just common sense. You dont really need chips, soda and crap. DO YA!?!?! I drink water, I exercise about 3 times a weeek. When i first began I only did about 30 crucnhes a day now ive worked up to 90-100. I also do side crucnhes ((dont kno of these?!? go to www.ToneTeen.com))Well I want to be down to 130 by May 1, 2004..So exactly 2 months left..Wish me luck and let me kno what u think about my story on the TeensBulletinBoard..THANKS:)

I reached my weight goal a couple weeks ago. I started in September at 155lbs, and my goal weigh was 130lbs. Im happy to say I've reached my goal and im now 125lbs. I never thought I'd be able to do it. But im always watching what i eat, and excercising regularly, and getting out as much as possible. I take gym courses throughout highschool, joined the soccer team, and I run track and Im on my way to join a health club. My new goal weight is 120lbs-115lbs, around there and Im building up muscles and getting toned for the summer time.I wish everyone good luck. Remember, when your trying to loose weight just keep thinking how much happier u'd be! Thats my motivation.

o.k. i started to look fat at age 5 or 6, i never exersised and i ate every thing in site, at around age 10, i was 175 lbs, at age 13 i was 203,and when i turned 14 i was 254 lbs,my mom was lighter then me, she's 44 and she was only 180 lbs. i needed to loose weight, and my aunt dee sent me this program, and i lost 15 lbs in a week,i am now 239, i know it's still not healthy, but i lost a bunch of weight in a short time, just by cuting every thing i ate in half, not eating more than 3 meals a day, i got the splinda surgare, it's sweet no callories, no fat sugare, diet soda and and water only, and exersise every day for at least 30 minnits,i went 7 or 8 years hating my self and feeling bad about my self. just try it you can do it, it's easyer then it looks and sounds. when i reach my goal i will post again, my goal is 120.

Hi, when I was in 9th grade I thought that I was overwieght. I was homeschooled at the time and on a program where I could do my homework on my own while my parents were at work. So while doing my homework I would eat ice cream and juck food while I was studying. I was really embarrassed about the way my face looked and arms. I always wore long-sleeve shirts and didn't like when people took pictures of me from the side, I also got really fed-up with having to always suck my stomach in so it wouldn't look bad. Then in 10th grade I went to a public school and for some weird reason I lost 17 lbs. in 1 1/2 months. I don't really know if this is consitered a success story being I really don't know how I lost that much weight, besides not eating during class, but all I know is that it feels good and now being 17 years old, my weight is 125lbs. I went on a diet about 9 months ago. i woz 12stone 9lbs and today i am 9stone 9lbs so i av lost 3 stone! i cnt believe it! i dnt actually feel as thin as i'd like 2 feel tho i wan 2 get down 2 9stone and see how i feel but basically if i can do it u can do it 2! :P

I started looking overweight when I was around 7. I never lost my baby fat,and gained more weight on top of that. I used to hating excercising and couldn't give up my carbs; plus I am physically enable to make myself vomit. So, I took laxatives. Unfortunately, they didn't work.So last summer I made my own diet plan. NOT ONE PIECE OF BREAD! nuthin but water and I went from 187-190 lbs. to comin' to school in September at 135 lbs. Carbs are killers folks! If I can do it, it's possible. U can too

Hi my name is Alicia and I would like to share my weight loss sucess story I used to weigh 290 pounds I WAS MISERABLE well one day I got up off of my rear end and said to myself I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE I was sooo sick of being obese my goal was 145 now I am 145 it took me 1 year on a steady diet ok this is what I did I guzzeld water every chance i got I even took bottles to school for brekfast I usualy ate 2 scrambled eggs and I didnt use grease in the skillet I used PAM that is very important pam is not fatty for lunch I ate whatever the school served but i cut it in half and i had a salad but I brought a Crystal Light drink for dinner I really liked skinless baked chicken sometimes I chopped the chicken up in the salad and just had salad for dinner I also drank lots of PURE Grapefruit Juice it has to be pure!!! and I also ate celery beause grapefruit and celery contain so much acid if ...
