I used to hating excercising and couldn't give up my carbs; plus I am physically enable to make myself vomit. So, I took laxatives. Unfortunately, they didn't work.So last summer I made my own diet plan. NOT ONE PIECE OF BREAD! nuthin but water and I went from 187-190 lbs. to comin' to school in September at 135 lbs. Carbs are killers folks! If I can do it, it's possible. U can too

For my exercises I did Tae Bo Windsor Pilates Richard Simmons workout tapes I also bought the bun and thigh lateral trainer and I did that everyday I also ran on my tredmil 45 min a day and I own a spinning bike I had my own personal spinning class and i also did the FIRM workout tapes oh yeah I took Mega t Green Tea diet pill supplemnts I took these becuase I hate the taste of green tea and the pills really work but you have to put forth the effort and try try try You will succeed if u try hope i helped you all. remember if you try you will defiantely SUCCEED (view less)

Starting as a freshmen weighing at my height, 240. was terrible. i was accepted though, i go to a small school, they didnt care. but did i never feel good watchin the skinny girls dance. over the last 2 years i've lost 75lbs. i feel great, i've gone from a 22 to a 13/14. i still would like to lose 30lbs, hopefully i can. great job to the rest of you! i know how hard it is!
