When I was nine years old(in 1993), I began to gain a little weight. I gained even more by age 12. I was about 30 pounds over my normal weight. By middle school, I was around 165 to 170 pounds and 5"1 from years of eating junk food and suffering a caffeine addiction. i tried to go on a quick-fix crash diet but i just ended up gaining more weight so i decided to find a good diet plan, to date i have lost 97 lbs. a good tip is to multiply the weight you want to weigh by 10 and thats how many calories you should eat. for example; you want to weigh 130 so you eat 1300 calories a day

Im 14 and at the begining of the summer i weighed about 290, with alot of body fat, and now that my uncle wanted to help me(hes a body builder)i have 17 inch arms, abs, a size 40 waist, and looking better everyday, and i used tons of MuscleTech prducts, so keep at it, because now i have the most beautiful girlfriend, and never felt better about myself. So keep working hard, dreams do come true.

Hey!I started a "diet" thing at the beggining of the summer. that meant for me: no going out to dinner 24/7, no fastfood, riding my bike every spare minute i had, swimming laps in my local pool, eating when i was TRULY hungry and stopping when i was full, hula hooping LOL, jump roping, playing games like basketball and volleyball, and doing crunchies and push ups every night. it was REALLY REALLY hard, but it was SOOOOO worth it! i went from 197 pounds, to 96 pounds thru out the summer!!!!!! pretty awesome huh??? i went from a 7 jr. to a 12! i am so happy with myself! thanks blubberbuster!

I was 215 pounds at 12 1/2! but i took someones advice from here and i took it. the advice was: do 30-40 crunchies a day for 2-3 weeks, ride my bike around the block for about a month, and eat when i am only TRULY hungry and stop when i am full! thanks Samantha for the great advice!

i am 5ft 9 and 200lbs, but i have lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks because i ate no bread or carbs, or cheese, and drank tons of water, and played basketball for 10 mins and 3 times a day, and sense i have a cheap trick bike my seat fell off and in that case i have to stand so, the burns muscle in your legs, and like twice the fat, so stand up while riding your bike

I started to go on a diet about 5 weeks ago. I weighed 176 pounds. I just cut out all bad foods, started to walk home from school everyday and now, i weigh 167 pounds! My goal weight is 140 pounds. I still need to lose 2 stone...

Hey. My name is Ryne. Most of my life, I have been overweight.....until now. I have always had so many friends, but when I started middle school, there were people I didn't know giving me rude remarks. Well, It had gotten out of control and I weighed about 250 pounds. So, one day, I got up and told myself I WAS going to lose weight, and I WASN'T going to be overweight again.Now, I have been eating healthy and excersing ever since. I have lost more than 80 pounds and it feels great. I am 5' 10" and I have a large frame size. I weigh in between 165-170. I have lost all that weight in 3 months. I feel great. Now everyone tells me I'm skinny and I look great. I have even done this without giving up what I love eating. I eat what I want one or two days a week. Thanks for your support, and I hope you all do well on your weight loss.

My name is Hannah, when I first came to this site I weighed 145lbs, (13lbs.overweight). I started posting on the message board, and boy did it help. I met so many people that were just like me, and needed to loose some weight. I met a girl that had the same goal weight as me, 125lbs, and we helped each other get into loose weight and tone our muscles. We exercised twice a day, and stretched three times a day. We both drank 5 glasses of water, and cut down on the colas. When I noticed I was being a couch potato and started to get the munchies I would go take a jog around my neighborhood, or even just a brisk walk. By the time I got back home I was so pumped up I wanted to do more and more and suddenly I lost the craving or just wanted a peice of fruit or glass of water. Hi guys.I have always had problems with my weight since childhood then when i met my first love i gained even more weight through being "content" i reached 190 lbs when i travelled Austrailia!. then i decided to do something about it- man i was sick of seeing all those trendu girls in the office getting all the attention ! i dumped my boyfriend joined the gym and a drama group and now after 2 years i am finally at goal weight 130 lbs and i feel and look great! IF I CAN ANYONE CAN NO-ONE LIKES A BIG MAC MORE THAN ME LET ME TELL YOU ! my advice is exercise, lots of vegtables and a new circle of mates ! GO FOR IT !! NIKI MIDLANDS, ENGLAND UK

I am still trying to reach my goal of 135 lbs...i am 5'4" and weigh in only 5 lbs lighter than i was at my heaviest (size 12 clothes) BUT I AM NOW DOWN TO A SIZE 8!! I have lost a LOT of inches off my waist hips and bust...and have gained a lot of muscle tone doing ashtanga yoga!!!I am not focused on the scale, just drinking lots of water and cutting out / reducing refined carbs like sugar and bakery things...it really is amazing how my body has changed thru doing yoga -- I highly recommend it...not only will you look better, you will be happier and calmer too!!!!
