Hey I just wanted to let everyone know that I have started my quest to lose weight. I was 170 now I am 165. I lost 5 pounds without even trying! That has inspired me to do much more. My goal is 120-130 pounds. My dad ordered this exercise tape called Power 90. It is a program that only takes 3 months. I will update you when I reach my goal.

I have lost a total of 8 pounds i think so i am 170 now i believe and I am so proud of myself for working so hard and doing this it has taken me a while but the pounds I still coming off like dogs shed in the summer. All I do is excercise everyday or at least try to and eat smaller portions and eat healthy. Like at lunch I get full after only a cheeseburger and a couple fries and a water so I am like man i ate to much so I think my proportions are changeing to fit me and not ssome grown adult like my mom said i use to at like i hadnt eaten in forever so now she even sees an improvement. hey, people who say their success story well i think u should say how you lost weight. Thanx for the peeps who did. But America has a lot of obese people so mabey if u say how u lost it it could work for other people. Thnx

I started out around the beginning of September at 155lbs, and now I'm happy to say that I've lost 10lbs in just over a month's time, and my life is so great right now, i found the guy of my dreams....I love him so much, and I'm losing weight yay!

Ive lost 63lbs in 6 months!!! I changed all my food habits. Now I eat a lot of friuts,vegetables and wholemeal bread what is about 1400 caloris a day. I also drink 3 liter water. Exerceis is very important I did at least 1 hour every day. I still wanna lose more weight and I think I am on the right way!!!! I wish you all best of luck!!!! You all can do it!!!

just for a quick update- i'm not 155 becasue i lost two pounds las week. yaaaay! i like coming here to brag because i don't like telling my friends at chool who are either not overweight and are thinking so what? or my friends who are and are thinking- oh great thanks for rubbing it in! so yeah- this site is awesome...

i'm not quite there yet but i'm getting there! well- i started at 170 around august i really put my mind to it to lose weight and right now i'm 157- by spring i want to be at my goal weight and size. i think i can do it- this is the farthest i've gone ever in losing weight. it's only 13 pounds but now at least i know it's not impossible!
