This story may sound a little corny, but this actually helped me lose weight. I live on a farm and we have a basset hound. She had puppies this year and we decided to keep one. Basset hounds are very social animals, and our mamma basset hound trained our puupy to run over to our neighbors. One day when they were over there our puppy got ran over and died. This was very hard on me as he was my puppy. I used to go on walks with him and pick him up and carry him when he was tired. My sister had this idea to go on more walks to try and lose weight. We've both lost weight, and we found it easier because we were walking, like we did with our dog, and it sort of helped us to push ourselves more.

Hi i started about 2 months ago. I was 175 pounds and now i am 165 pounds! i still havent lost it all tho my goal is 140 pounds! but i hope to reach it by my birthday which is in three months! good luck 2 me! lol x

I am 13 and 5'9''. I weighed 205 lbs! In just 5 days I got down to 196 pounds! Here is a tip - don't eat ANY snacks, only eat healthy foods, no dessert, do 500 jumping jacks a day, (its really easy, just do like 100 in commercial breaks of t.v or somethin) and 30-50 crunches a day, and ride your bike up and down your driveway or alley or around your blcok! It really helps!

i have tryed to lose weight for the longest tyme i started the advise blubberbusters has given me and in 4 days i have lost 4 lbs! how awesum my goal for back to school is 6lbs away!!and i have over 3 weeks left!!

i tried to go on a quick-fix crash diet but i just ended up gaining more weight so i decided to find a good diet plan, to date i have lost 97 lbs. a good tip is to multiply the weight you want to weigh by 10 and thats how many calories you should eat. for example; you want to weigh 130 so you eat 1300 calories a day

Im 14 and at the begining of the summer i weighed about 290, with alot of body fat, and now that my uncle wanted to help me(hes a body builder)i have 17 inch arms, abs, a size 40 waist, and looking better everyday, and i used tons of MuscleTech prducts, so keep at it, because now i have the most beautiful girlfriend, and never felt better about myself. Hey!I started a "diet" thing at the beggining of the summer. that meant for me: no going out to dinner 24/7, no fastfood, riding my bike every spare minute i had, swimming laps in my local pool, eating when i was TRULY hungry and stopping when i was full, hula hooping LOL, jump roping, playing games like basketball and volleyball, and doing crunchies and push ups every night. it was REALLY REALLY hard, but it was SOOOOO worth it! i went from 197 pounds, to 96 pounds thru out the summer!!!!!! pretty awesome huh??? i went from a 7 jr. to a 12! i am so happy with myself! thanks blubberbuster!

I was 215 pounds at 12 1/2! but i took someones advice from here and i took it. the advice was: do 30-40 crunchies a day for 2-3 weeks, ride my bike around the block for about a month, and eat when i am only TRULY hungry and stop when i am full! thanks Samantha for the great advice!

i am 5ft 9 and 200lbs, but i have lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks because i ate no bread or carbs, or cheese, and drank tons of water, and played basketball for 10 mins and 3 times a day, and sense i have a cheap trick bike my seat fell off and in that case i have to stand so, the burns muscle in your legs, and like twice the fat, so stand up while riding your bike
