I've lost 22 lbs. Just exercise, Aerobics did it for me.don't eat as much sugar, or unhealthy stuff. Eat morefruit. Don't go cold turkey with sugar. Once you start to lose weight, it will get harder so i suggest togive your self a easy exercise plan at first and build up. Take small steps when you eat. Start to eat less, then when your stomach adjusts to that, you can reduce your food intake a little more.

Hi!!! I was always the happiest cutest little kid on the block. I had always been a little chubby. once I started 2 loose weight all of the things i could never do b4 happened!! First it started with little things like doing a sit up or a pull up. my friends didnt really care b cause they could already do all of that stuff. No fancy diet plans 4 me. All i did was yoga aerobics and toning. I learned to like salads(still working on that part( ;) I posted about 3 months ago and i was about 138 139.I said my goal was 111. Well now i'm down to 110 and im feelin great!!!! I dont wanna loose ne more weight cause then i would feel un healthy but im never going back to the old me. And now once again im the happiest cutest little kid on the block. ~Rockerbaby~

Allmy childhood growing up, I was the fat kid. I was teased about it all throughout middle school and high school.I understand kids can be cruel. I was always a big football and professional wrestling fan. I guess I liked watching what I thought I never could be. Then, when I was 15, I finally gain the courage to tell my crush of 8 months in high school how I felt about her and she said in so many words "look at yourself, you are a fat hog! get out of my sight!" I was crushed to think she was really a nice person. Nowadays, I thank that girl for everything she has done for me. She made me realize that if i want people to like me, I AM GOING TO LEARN TO LIKE ME. the best, easiest and funniest way to loose weight is to dance. at home put ur music loud and just dance to the beat. feel relaxed and tell yourself wow. trust me it works. i had curves and a flat stomach in within a few months. feel frre to email me at dalia1989@aol.com

I didnt know how fat i woz until i got on the scales and weighed 154 pounds. i woz so freaked out. People had not told me how fat I was. I told my mum that I was fat and we decided to make a healthy eating plan. I hated being fat, because I couldn't wear any nice clothes and all my clothes were gross and baggy. I lost about four pounds in about a week and just continued until I got to 119 pounds. I want to weigh a bit less but I know I can do it. I can't believe that I'm not as fat as I was and it's taken five years to realise I was fat. The message to everybody whois trying, keep trying because it's way better being slim and you'll be really proud of yourself.

HI I found that if u eat fruits, vegies, a piss load of water and do a lot of exercising u can lose up to 10 pounds a week. I was 140lbs and after 4 weeks im now 118lbs trust me it works don't give up and if people tease u just ignore them and imagin how bad there gonna feel when u come into class 4 to 5 weeks later with nice curves or if ur a guy with a nice 6 pack well thats my advice c ya and keep up the good work!!!

I decided when I went to middle school to lose weight.I started not to eat any junk food .and I exercised every day .and drank lots of water.I lost 20 pounds in 2 in a half months it took lots of courage and not giving up. you can do it.

Hey I was 175 lbs and wore a size 16 now 1 month after I weight 162 and I'm a size 13-14.I'm so happy!For those of you in a diet or your thinking about starting one all you have to do is believe in yourself is hard but I'm getting there.

Hey everyone. Weight has always been a big struggle for me in my life. I was always overweight regardless of how tall ( 6 feet) I became or how much older I was. I eventually tipped the scales at 218 this past February and I decided that I had to do something. So, I went from doing no exercise to doing about 15 minutes a day. I started at 100 situps a day plus 10 minutes on the exercise bike. By the time of my graduation, in May, I had dropped off to 190 pounds. After graduation I was able to spend more time exercising (about 30-40 minutes a day) and over the course of the summer I was able to drop 23 additional pounds to where I am now at 167. I have lost 51 pounds in the course of 8 months and I feel really good about myself for the first time that I can remember. I wont say it was easy at first. I found it very difficult the first week. But now i can say as a I look back on the last 16 months and tell you that if I can do it any one can. I started at a slimming club, that was the only way for me. I went every week, and wieghed in. I felt like a cow going in for the slaughter some weeks, but for 28 straight weeks i lost every week. I have now lost 30 kilos and at my Goal of 60 kilos. I have done this by eating 1250 calories a day, and not more than 30 grams of fat. Yes i count every thing that i put in my mouth, and i still do. I have to. I am now a Hostess, and encourage many new members to keep in there. It isn't going to be sinch, but with disapline and hard work and sorry EXERCISE you can do it. i'd thought i'd share my story with you, i wanna inspire others who have had the same problem as i did: Weight was a concern with me ever since 5th-6th grade, but when i was little i didnt have enough will power to do anything about it. i reached the heaviest i have ever weighed in about 8th grade and freshman yr of high school, which was about 186 lbs, size 14 pants. yeah pretty scary right? thats what i realized when i weighed myself and found that out the spring break of 9th grade. i was then determined as hell to get down to 125. so then i tried everything possible. it started out very slow and gradual, i tried to eat right and exercise, but at first i would still on occasion binge every now and then and lack on the exercise part. that summer i lost about 20 lbs before going back to school weighing around 156, then as sophmore yr went on i got better at eating right, but still a lil... My highest weight was 184.In the last month in September 1 I was at 175 lbs.I started followinga diet plan in which I lose 2 lbs a week.For exercise I walked for 30 minutes most of the time I walked more.By the end of September I weightedaround 166-165 I lost ten pounds in one month.I'mstill in the diet because my goal is to lose 60 pounds but for now I just want to lose another 10 pounds for this month.I'm at 164 pounds now.

It was a lot of work but now i am very proud. I realized that i needed to loose some weight after a physical. I went to the doctors, i was 13 at the time and the first thing they did was weigh me. The scale start going up and i thought i would weigh about 150 pounds but the scale stopped on 180. I was shocked. The nurse sorta looked surprised then led me to the office. The doctor did all the stuff then told me that i am rather overweight. I didn't really think about it. I was like, whatever. And he was like, really, you are about 40 pounds overweight. Do you realize how much that is? And i didn't but then i started to exercise more after that. The next time i went to the doctors, about 1 year later, i stepped on the scale and it stopped on 146. I was really proud. I had lost 34 pounds. No one else really noticed but i did, and i was proud. Now the doctor doesn't have to give me a speech on how unhealthy i am and i can be proud!
