I weighed 207lbs about four weeks ago and now I weigh 190. I've been drinking a lot of water and I joined weight watchers..its so good. My ultimate goal is 140lbs.

Whas up people. I weighed 169 and went to the doctor and of course i had to lose weight. She said lose some weight and when you come back here we'll see how you have done. Since then I gained pounds and i was now 175 pounds. Then I was determained to lose weight. I lost pounds and now I weigh 167. I have a ong weight to go to lose all the weight I want but I'm getting there.What I did was eat less and excersized more. IF you want to lose weight its not going to be easy but keep at it and don't let no one tell you , you can't do it. Never give up. peace out

I just started a new diet like 4 days ago. I am so confident that this is the one that's going to change the way I look and feel. I am doing good, because I have a lot of will power. I'm 5'9" and I weigh about 169 lbs. My goal is to lose at least 15 lbs. I am going to do this by drinking lot's of water, eating senstibly, more veggies and fruits, and not eating after 6pm. That is important becasue if you eat after 6 pm. then you will be full when you go to bed, and you won't be able to sleep good, and all the calories will be in you. If you eat before you will burn them faster by doing everyday things like walking around, or helping around the house. Good luck to everyone!!!!!!!!!! I will keep you updated!

*update*I lost 4 pounds from 173 to 169!!I have been having cereal w/ skim milk for breakfast. A diet soda baked chips and a sandwhich (no mayo or cheese)for lunch. I have been having what my mom made 4 dinner. And exercising everyother day. I'll update again when i lose more.

I reached my goal weight mainly by eating better and getting more exercise I still eat stuff like chips and chocolate but not as much and I have smaller portions now. I went from 158 to 130 in about 9 months, it was a more quick loss at first but eventually I got to where I am now and I feel great. good luck everyone!

In january my news years resolution was to lose at least a stone so i had cereal 4 breakfast with semi skinned milk , sandwich and fruit 4 lunch and wot eva my mom made me 4 diner but a smaller portion i stuck 2 this 4 about 3 weeks and i lost about 7 pounds and my mum said it did show and i was doin well even my nan noticed!! but i got fed up and gave up i put all that weight on again! and this morning i thought 2 myself if i had stuck 2 that diet i might be wearin little skimpy clothes rite this moment with a slinnn stomach! i was so annoyed i have started this again and i have lost 2 pounds so let me tell u sumin DO NOT GIVE UP coz wen u put the weight on again the guilt is terrible. I UPDATE U WITH MY DIET

I started dieting last August and I've lost over 100lbs. I used to be 5"11 270 now I'm 6"1 165. People say I'm a bean poll now but I used to be very fat. It wasen't as hard as I thought but for a while I got a little anorexic, I almost stopped eating and that is the worst thing you can do. So I started taking protein, working out, and eating alot better and alot less.

On New Year's I vowed to loose 70lbs by the summer. I was 220 lbs, and I excersized for at least 40 mins everyday, followed a strict diet, and lost 10 lbs in a month. I was so excited! I kept going and lost another 5lbs until disaster struck . . . I became heavily depressed for various reasons. I began eating out of depression and I gained ALL my weight back, if not more. Recently I decided it wasn't worth it. I went back to my plan and I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks, and I'm on my way again. I'm happier now, too. You just have to remember that nothing's worth making yourself feel even worse. Don't get careless and have fun while you're doing it, otherwise you won't see results.

Hey! Im 13 years old and 5'4. I weighed 124 but i started only eating when i was hungry and in 1 1/2 weeks i lost 7 lbs and am now only 117! i drank a lot of water and when i was bored i went outside and jumped on the trampolene or went out with my friends just 2 chill.

This is an update again. I started at 162 lbs. That was a month and a half ago. After serious diet and excercise, I am now 132 lbs. It is really easy to lose weight once you decide to do it, but you cannot cheat or eat ANY fast food. My goal is 120 lbs, which is about right for a 5'6 person. I will update again when the goal is reached.
