Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I gained a pound. :( But, I have a plan: So, on Wednesday I went walking. On Thursday, I did A LOT of running, and today I did VIGOROUS ballet. Tomorrow, I will swim at a friend's house…that will be a total of 1781 calories in this week and then w/ the calories I spared it will be (if I spare about 500 calories tomorrow) 3230 calories. Add in the calories I burn just sitting…I SHOULD LOSE A POUND! Yay. I sure hope I do. Please, if you guys have any tips that really work for you, let me know!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 232 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - I've officially lost 40 pounds.Thats 20 from october 25th to december 25th and 20 from april 5th until now.In 3 more days I can tell you how much I've lost in one month.But even if I dont lose anymore im perfectly fine with just losing 20 this month.Sorry I just posted two days ago but i like to post every saturday and I didnt post last saturday.

Ht. 5'8.5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 140 lb - Well i haven't really been on here in a long time.... mostly for the fact of how busy i am. right now i have track (throwing and distance running) everyday after school, 3 hours of dance on mondays, and 2 hours on thursdays and saturdays.... lately because of stress i've been eating a little worse but usually i eat very healthy, yet i have not lost a single pound... my friends tell me that if i'm doing all this work and not losing anything this is the weight i'm 'supposed' to be at, but i am totally uncomfortable in my body, esp. being around thin athletes all the time. i think cutting back on carbs would definitely help, but i'm not really sure how b/c i have absolutely no energy living off carrots and grapes (and i'm a vegetarian) any suggestions???

Take your weight and divide it by 2. That's how many OUNCES of water you should be drinking. I've been trying it, and I've only drunken about half of the amount I'm supposed to and I'm already sick of being in the bathroom. Hope this helps those of you who were wondering about how much water to drink.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 135 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - ughhh i gained weight again. my legs feel and look thicker. i hate them so much, they look like their tree stumps. when i was around 114 pounds two years ago, my legs were never like this, so hopefully they will get thinner. but for the time being, any ideas for helping me thin them out?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 179.5 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 132 lb - I have been drinking 4 bottles of water a day! && Trying to eat a bit healthier. Doing like runs of things, help me feel more motivated. Like being able to say i worked out for 20 minutes a day for the past 2 weeks. Ya'know? I suggest you try to do something like that. :D

Im extremly over weight and I was just diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes. This is to much. I have a eating problem and go to food when im sad or bored or stressed. Im so lost and dont know what to do. I've created a plan for myself, for food control and when i want to exercise. I suggest everyone do this! just outline what you want to change and do better, it's given me motivation to see what i need to do. I also decided I'm going to create a daily menu. I'm going to do it the night before so I can know what i'll be eating the next day. I think this will help because with it outlined I won't be tempted to eat unhealthy stuff, and I'll know what to eat, so i dont sit aimlessly in front of the refridgerator. I'm gonna try it for a week then get back to you guys on how it's going! Good luck this week, everyone, I LOVE YOU ALL!
