BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'8.5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Well i haven't really been on here in a long time.... mostly for the fact of how busy i am. right now i have track (throwing and distance running) everyday after school, 3 hours of dance on mondays, and 2 hours on thursdays and saturdays.... lately because of stress i've been eating a little worse but usually i eat very healthy, yet i have not lost a single pound... my friends tell me that if i'm doing all this work and not losing anything this is the weight i'm 'supposed' to be at, but i am totally uncomfortable in my body, esp. being around thin athletes all the time. i think cutting back on carbs would definitely help, but i'm not really sure how b/c i have absolutely no energy living off carrots and grapes (and i'm a vegetarian) any suggestions???
