Ht. 5'8.5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 140 lb - Well i haven't really been on here in a long time.... mostly for the fact of how busy i am. right now i have track (throwing and distance running) everyday after school, 3 hours of dance on mondays, and 2 hours on thursdays and saturdays.... lately because of stress i've been eating a little worse but usually i eat very healthy, yet i have not lost a single pound... my friends tell me that if i'm doing all this work and not losing anything this is the weight i'm 'supposed' to be at, but i am totally uncomfortable in my body, esp. being around thin athletes all the time. i think cutting back on carbs would definitely help, but i'm not really sure how b/c i have absolutely no energy living off carrots and grapes (and i'm a vegetarian) any suggestions???

heyy i'm super close i'm just 5.9 and 13 yrs and my goal is 120-130 ish.... and im vegetarian too! haha lol cool!
anyways i have rally big bones so its harder to see a difference in the scale but i see a big difference like inches wise. you should go for inches and not for pounds i think in my opinion. anyways maybe you should cut down on the junk you eat. my goal is to kinda look like a model and with your height you'll look beautiful in 140! good luck!

Lizzy you're really tall! and because of that you can weigh more, it evens out. But I still say you need to eat healthier. Eating healthy is VITAL to your well being. And if you feel so uncomfortable lose a couple pounds, gain some muscle mass and you'll feel better about yourself. Just don't lose too much, you don't need to be underweight, that's bad!
