Ht. 5'3, Wt. C:130?? G:120 - Another great day for me!! I just got back from my nightly walk with my dogs. I also did a lot more exersice but I don't fell like typing it all. So heres what I ate. BREAKFAST(8am):Smoothie(1 banana,1 cup fatfree yogurt and ice) LUNCH:(11:30am)A turky sandwitch(2 slices of weat berry bread and 4 slices of thin cut lean turky) and a pickle SNACK:1/2 a hamburger patty. (I was hungry and my family doesn't really keep the house stocked with easy and healthy snacks) DINNER: a Healthy Choice dinner thing. I don't have to worry about eating any later because I'm just not a late night eater unles I'm at my friends. Plus I brushed my teeth already!! SO what you all think??

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 165 - Alright people its been a long time since i've posted my highest weight has been 185 which i was last spring but then i lost fifteen pounds over soccer season but gained back 5 adn then this spring during soccer i lost ten leaving me at 165.. im lokoing better but still fat.. im tryign this new workout called Toning for Teens its awesome and i have been doing it for a week and i already see results.. i am also running everyday which i now love because of soccer i increase by a half mile everyday.. my eatign habits still need improvement i love to overeat and just binge and that is my hardest challenge... but i am hoping to get down to 135 by september for my senior year so i wont have to worrry abotu my weight and can just focus on getting into college and having a social life and soakign up my fianl days as a... Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 want 140ish - well... my parents won't let me go run the track. and today i was going to go to the store with my mom and get health food. i woke up at the time she told me to so we could leave around 10. but she said she didn't want to wait for me and left. i think my parents are holding me back and trying to make me not lose weight. it makes me mad and i've tried talkling to them to! they just don't care! arrg makes me mad!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 149 - Also. I'm going to start a new workout routine tomorrow. Even though im leaving for Africa in 4 days. (does anyone know whta kind of food they have in egypt and kenya?? thats where im going hopefully its healthy) But this is my plan to get atleast 300 crunches,50 situps,50 pushups,75 jumping jacks,&& 100 side crunches in daily. I'm also planning on going on the trampoline for an hour a day. And Going to the park to walk around the trail at least once daily (aprox. 1 mile each time around) and maybe play some like tennis against the wall at the park. (im pretty lucky to have a park 3 min walking distance).
And i am also going to eat negative calorie fruits and veggies as my snacks. And prob have lean cuisines as lunches.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200-210 - Heyy, guys. What do you think of this schedule for 6 days a week?
8:00 AM- Wake up and eat breakfast (cereal and fruit).
8:30 AM- Lift weights (Upper body one day, lower body the next, then rest day, then repeat).
9:00 AM- Go outside and do whatever. Just so I won't be inside.
10:00 AM- Watch TV and do situps on on commercials.
11:00 AM- Run on treadmill (couch to 5k plan)
11:30 AM- Eat lunch (soup or turkey sandwich)
12:00 PM- Stationary bicycle
1:00 PM- Go outside and do whatever. Just so I won't be inside.
6:00 PM- Eat dinner (something healthy and fruit or vegetables)
I don't know what I'll do after 6 PM, but it won't just be eating and sitting around. What do you guys think? Also, if anybody is willing to help me like be a weight loss buddy or adviser like someone who has already lost weight, leave your email please. If you have MSN messenger, that'd be great. So there's this guy (Steve) I've known for a long time, he's my brother's best
friend. My brother doesn't live with me, so one time Steve called me and said he

Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - Today I think I only ate about 1000-1200 calories: Breakfast= 1/2 toast with 1 tbsp of peanut butter (135) Lunch= Lean pocket (280), a cup of strawberries (28), Snack= a handful of grapes (20), Dinner= two bowls of cereal (300??) with skim milk and (this is the bad part) FIVE pieces of organic flatbread. They are like crackers, but they are about as big as a graham cracker. They have about 75 calories EACH. 5 x 75 = (375) so, total for today was 1138. I also didn't do much exercise. I walked .5 miles, played vball for 15 minutes, and had this self defense class thing, but none of those got my heart rate pumping. I just don't have the time to workout plus everything else- and my tennis class was canceled due to rain! Ah I feel terrible today. And I gained a pound.

I always have Ranch at home and I feel like I destroy the salad by using it. 2)Does whole grain pasta taste good?? I'm not normally a grain person. 3)Is Wheat Berry bread ok?? 4)Does anyone know any healthy and simi quick and easy lunches to make during the summer?? Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hi everyone. I just found this site today, and I think it looks like theres a huge amount of support here. My names Delilah, I'm 16 and weigh almost 180 pounds. I'm 5'7. I've been on diets and lost a good amount of weight, but like i'm sure you all know, diets get boring. I can never seem to stay on one. Now once again, summer is here and I really don't look forward to going to the beach with my 120 pound friend. I'm sick of not being able to wear cute things because i look so heavy in them. I just really need some help to get fit this summer. Can you guys suggest some diets that have worked for you and gave you some great results? Oh also, does anyone know a good workout for your underarms [you know, the terrible flab!] I was thinking pushups probably work? I just want to shape them up so I can wear tank tops and stuff. I look forward to talking to you guys. Any advice is greatly appreciated =] Thanks so much!
