Ht. 5'5, Wt. 175 - PLEASE HELP!! just yesterday my mom told me that i have a check up on the 15th of july. thats like 22 days. i am really nervous because i know i will have to be weighed. i am over weight, and really dont want my parents to know the actuall number of lbs. last time i went i weighed 142, after i went, i gained like 30 lbs in like a month or so. i dont know how it happened. i am just really insicure and ashamed. if anyone knows how to loose weight FAST, please tell me. i would appreciate it greatly, btw,, does anyone know some good workouts to loosing weight?? thanks so much please respond. you can email me at whitebreadhomeslice@hotmail.com

Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - Ok since I worked 13 1/2 hours yesterday I went to bed around 12, so I didn't wake up until about 11:30. I felt so sick from everything I ate yesterday that I didn't eat lunch until about 1pm. I had a piece of toast with peanut butter, apple sauce, and two servings of mini rice cakes (140 calories). I am trying to not count calories too much today and just focus on the nutrients I am getting. I have to work again tonight (restaurant) and there is nothing healthy there, except they do have salads, I'm just never motivated to eat them when there is so much buttery and yummy foods around. How can I stay away from them?! I tried last time and I ended up eating soooo much. -Also, how am I doing so far today? I know I didn't really eat a "breakfast"..will it affect me that much?!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 195 - Ok, so my summer goal is to lose a) 20 -25 pounds before camp (August 12) and b) to lose 30-40 by Spetember for school. My plan to wake up (after 8-10 hours of sleep) go for a 45min-60min bike ride to burn some fat, then have a fruit smoothie for breakfast consisting of 200-250 calories. Then I will do some resistance/ toning exerciss for 30 min. Later I will have a lunch of 300-400 calories. After I will go to the gym for 60-90 minutes. Come home have a snack of 150 calories (probably vegetables and a serving of part skim cheese). Now in this time slot I don't know what to do everyday, becasue I know if I am at home I will jsut eat...so any sugestions? For dinner I will have a small portion, approximateloy equaling 400-500 calories. Later at night I will do a Seventeen workout (either for arms and thigs or abs ... (view more)

walked 1.5 miles=)punched the punchin bag some..then tanin bed:P..yaya and dinner im havin a apple and a small bit of potato and stewed meat=)..well iunno tell me what you think about my eating haddit fot today

Ht. 5'2, Wt. --- - Doing crunches or situps only TONE your muscle, they dont get rid of fat surrounding them. The only way to get six pack abs is to do CARDIO and then once you lose the fat around the muscle begin to tone the area.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 191 - i'm 5'5 and i weigh 191 pounds. It's horrible. All of my friends are smaller then me, when i hangout with them i always feel ashamed of my body. Just by looking at me you wouldn't know that i weigh that much. I'm starting to not eat anymore. I need help someone who has advice plz help me. Ht. 5'8, Wt. over 200 - Hi it's my first time on this site. I need advice. I see what some of you do here to lose or maintain your weight. I'm really sick of being overweight. It's not the coolest thing. All the other kids live to put me down. I know I'm not alone, but still what tips could you give me for losing the weight. Because I know I'm well over my limit here. Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - I went to work, and I ate: only ONE roll yay! three pieces of dove chocolate, (ik, ik bad)a few slices of pickles, half a burger with only one side of the bun, and a small plate of buttered noddles. plus just a little bit of frosting from the cake. I think today I ate about 1200 calories (lunch: peanut butter toast, apple sauce, rice cakes) but it was mostly in bad things (butter, chocolate, frosting, roll) . Will it make me gain weight even though it was only 1200 calories? I am going to stay on track tomorrow because I don't have to work. And jeez when did people get so negative on this site?! this is supposed to be motivational!!! =/

Ht. 5.61, Wt. 198lb - everybody who is in summer at the moment im so envious!! its winter here in australia and its so hard to get up and exercise!! grrr!! lol if anybody wants to be like a weight loss buddy or just wants to like talk my msn is sexy_captain_oats@hotmail.com ... any way its 10am and so far i have done 50 star jumps. not much but yea im gunna do more later and i havent had breakfast yet im gunna exercise before breakfast everyday then im gunna do an fitness tape or something its to cold to go oujtside :P
