Ht. 5'8, Wt. 195 - Ok, so my summer goal is to lose a) 20 -25 pounds before camp (August 12) and b) to lose 30-40 by Spetember for school. My plan to wake up (after 8-10 hours of sleep) go for a 45min-60min bike ride to burn some fat, then have a fruit smoothie for breakfast consisting of 200-250 calories. Then I will do some resistance/ toning exerciss for 30 min. Later I will have a lunch of 300-400 calories. After I will go to the gym for 60-90 minutes. Come home have a snack of 150 calories (probably vegetables and a serving of part skim cheese). Now in this time slot I don't know what to do everyday, becasue I know if I am at home I will jsut eat...so any sugestions? For dinner I will have a small portion, approximateloy equaling 400-500 calories. Later at night I will do a Seventeen workout (either for arms and thigs or abs or butt). If i get hungry at night I will just chug a cup of water, and no longer feel full. My aim is to drink 10-14 cups of water thorugh out the day. So basically I will be consuming around 1100-1300 calories a day, with some cardio and toning exercises. Are my goals of 20-25 pounds by August 12, and 30-40 pounds by Spetember 5 a little far fetched?
