Ht. 5'5, Wt. - - - - - - - - - - hey yall, i am starting a new eating and excersizing to get down to a smaller and healthier size (mostly so i am confidant enoug to wear a bikinin to the pool so im not the only one in a 1 piece). for breakfast i had an apple. for lunch i hade 3 chicken strips and 18 fries :(. for dinner i had nothing (because the eating place at the pool colsed at 7:30 and i hadn't eaten yet. i also excersized 2 hours (cardio). is that okay and how much weight do you think i will lose in like a month?

well if you don't eat fries that would help. you could probably loose about 10-15lbs. depending on everything that you do.

If you arn't comftorable in a 2 piece right now don't exspect it this year. Aim for looking great next year. Lose the weight slow that way you won't gain it back. Plus you seem to still be eating some fatty foods that will make loseing weight slow. Just keep it up!! I know it took me a long time to really like bikinis but now I love them!! Even if I do think I could tone up a lot more!!

you should lose about 5 to 10 pounds
