Ht. 5,8, Wt. 183 - well,my day is totaly over now so breatfast-grandola bar lunch-salad dinner-apple,potato,stewed meat later an apple.. work out..30 min walk 1.5 miles,50 cruches,20 punches what is you oppion ..and is i keep it up like this..in a month how much weight should i loose?
