Ht. 5'5?, Wt. 150 - Alright week. I hopped on the scale Wednesday and noticed I had lost a few more pounds. Since then I've been a bit obsessive, since I only have 5-10 left to lose. We haven't got a whole lot of walking in this week. I missed Sunday, Wednesday, and then last night I only got a mile in. That was good enough, considering we were under a severe thunderstorm watch and it was thundering while we were walking. I still can't seem to get all 1200 calories in per day. That's a goal for me, to try to up it some. I think that my weight loss some, so my goal is to add in more healthy fruits and veggies to maybe add in some more calories. Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 172 - Okay so today so far I have only eaten the two peices of cake that I ate while sleep walking. In a way I feel hungry but at teh same time I feel like if I eat anything I will get huge and even if I don't get huge I don't want to not lose weight. I want to lose weight but it seems like lately all I have been doing is eating and gaining weight. My whole family is worried that I have an eating disorder (anerexia). I don't think that I do I just know that I am overweight and that I need to lose the weight for both health and self esteem issues. What should I do if I end up having a eating disorder...I have almost all of the early symptoms... I need help, like a self esteem boost would be nice... I just need help -Allie

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Set alarm to wake up at 10:00 AM so I do not have sleeping problems all summer. Shower. Eat two egg whites and a banana, grapefruit, apple or a couple strawberries. Go for a 1.5-mile walk around my hilly neighborhood with my dog. Snack will be some more fruit or a serving of Triscuits® and organic string cheese. Then I will spend the afternoon reading, playing or whatever, doing summer homework for my college classes, etc. This summer I am going to start preparing more meals for my family and they will all be vegetarian dishes that are very balanced (and totaling 1200 calories for the day). After dinner, I am going to digest for a while and then go work out again. I will be adding Taebo for about 20 minutes also and during my treadmill time, I am going to try running for as long as I can before I need to walk again. I have a number of reasons why I wish to lose weight, primarily health. I started out at 5’4 205 and now I am 5’5 180. My goal by the end of the summer is to be about 155 if that is possible. I am most likely going to increase the rigor of my workout later on, but we’ll see. My motivation is new school clothes and my crush who is a friend of mine. I want to surprise him on the first day of school. I am also getting my braces off, cutting my hair 10 inches later in the year for Locks of Love, and I will be 16! Yay!! Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hey everyone! First of all, I wanted to thank everyone who replied to my post. Alexis, I will most definitely email you. It's good to know someone is going through a very similar situation! Anyways, So far so good. Today I had special k for breakfast, a lean cuisine meal for lunch, and a salad for dinner. 5 glasses of water total. I worked out alot today, crunches,pushups,weights. Then tonight, I got in a huge fight with my mother. I always go for the sweets when i'm upset. Well tonight i decided instead of getting out the cookies, i'd go for a run. So i did just that and i ran 2 and a half miles. I feel great and I really feel like this might be the summer I get fit for real. Good luck to all of you, and I hope you are all doing fantastic!! Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Ok so if I do 4 miles on the treadmill everyday...and then do 35 crunches, lift 3 lb weights, eat healthy, healthy, healthy and drink lots of water all the time and no eating after 7:30 pm...which is all that I'm doing currently...how long will it take for my stomach to go in? it's a mountain!

I have to go to another b-day party for my bro today because my mom wants to become a part of our lives and so she is making cake and home made ice cream to celebrate and I want to eat it but I have been cheating alot so I tryed to eat as little as possible today tell me if I deserve the cake Breakfast= an apple and granola (150 calories) Lunch= a turkey sandwich with just mustard (150 calories) Snack=Chocolate Tart and a pick up bar (200 calories) and my supper will be= a turkey sandwich with just mustard (150 calories) or a bagel (150 calories) or a english muffin (150 calories) do I deserve the cake?

Ht. 5'3, Wt. C:130?? G:120 - Does anyone know anything about how good or BAD diet sodas are for you?? It seems like everyone trying to lose weight that I know or just trying not to gain weight is drinking tons of diet soda. I persanaly can only have it once every week because it bloats me to where I look like a pumpkin. Plus I'm not to much for the taste. I never was a huge soda person incept for when I would visit my dad. I'm only asking this because I'm going camping this weekend with my dad and he asked what type soda I wanted. I told him water for me and my friend likes Sprite or Diet Pepsi. He asked what I would drink and I said Diet Pepsi but I don't want any. So I probably will only drink it if he didn't get water. But I am bringing water for myself anyways. I also said cereal for breakfast and apples for snacks. I plan on only eating half of his bbQ steak. Any other advice for a unawhere dad and camping with a skinny friend that can eat anything??
