Ht. 5'5?, Wt. 150 - Alright week. I hopped on the scale Wednesday and noticed I had lost a few more pounds. Since then I've been a bit obsessive, since I only have 5-10 left to lose. We haven't got a whole lot of walking in this week. I missed Sunday, Wednesday, and then last night I only got a mile in. That was good enough, considering we were under a severe thunderstorm watch and it was thundering while we were walking. I still can't seem to get all 1200 calories in per day. That's a goal for me, to try to up it some. I think that my weight loss some, so my goal is to add in more healthy fruits and veggies to maybe add in some more calories. Those last 10 pounds are so hard!! You can do it just keep up with your exercise and don't let yourself bienge because at 5 or 10 lbs to go it is a setback!! Never give up!!!

I meant that I think getting in less than 1200 calories slows down my weight loss some. Sorry about the mistake. :D
