Ht. 5'3, Wt. 150 - ok i no this sounds stupid but it works. like i havent lost much weight but ive lost inches! like i measured my hips butt and thies b4 i started this thing and ive lost 1-2 inches on each one of them! like it makes u fell good to no that it is paying off! cuz ive benn workin my butt of for the last 3 days and it says i only lost 2 pounds! but then when i measured it made me fell much better!!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 177 - i am starting to lose weight really fast i feel great soon iknow my weight loss will slow down i am trying to eat only 1,200 calories a day and get at least one hour of exersize well i am going for a jog see ya

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 195 - i hateee waffles mayn my mom brought a whole bunch and i just cannot resist them i have eaten soooooooo manyyy its soo annoying and depressing but i stilll exersised but seriously ive eaten like 10 today, and i had a chicken sandwish and milk thats all ive eaten, but i ate alot yesterday too pshh this is sooo annoying anyways tom is GOING to be better im gonna put this behind this is soo discusting alright im dont venting thanks for listening

Ht. 5'5, Wt. I dont know anymore - ::sobs:: Okay guys I was down to 180. Last week was awful and stressful and I didn't eat well nor did I excersize. Since Saturday I have been eating a healthy and balanced diet, working out a ton. Well today I started my period and I usually gain during this week so I thought I would weigh myself and see where I was despite the water gain and everything. It said....I was at 189. I am so horrified and not sure if I should believe it or not! I'm really upset because I have been working my butt off since my diet and one week shouldnt have completely screwed that up!! its not like i binged or anything!!! AHh!!!

Mmk Today I woke up too late [around noon!] So basically [Luch] A bowl of cherrios [because if i eat something that isnt a breakfast food after i first wake up, i would throw up. I don't know why] [Snack] Yogurt [Dinner] A salad, A lean cuisine sandwhich, a cup of oranges. [Water] 123456 [Exercise] Ran a mile & then did my normal crunches,cardio,weights. Total calories 985. I know that is terrible, but it's because I missed lunch. Well, Hope you are all doing awesome! I've had my period since sunday and I feel heavier =[ That is normal right? Does anyone know a better way of working your abs then sit ups? I do 200 a night and nothing seems to be working and I have been doing this for 2 weeks now! And does anyone know a exercise for you thighs? Please commment back!!

Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 185 - Hey everyone. Can anyone tell me how I did. I had a bowl of strawberries and grapes for breakfast. For lunch I had popcorn chicken and 7 pizza rolls. For dinner I had rigatonni and 4 meatballs. I walked a mile and did half of my 200 sit ups. (100 more to go) I probally do some more exercises later. Tell me how I did PLEASE

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 145 - today was a good day it is now 9:23 and i am hoping i can resit food until tommarow i excersied twice today once at home and the next at the gym. i hope i can keep this up and hopefully get to my goal weight of 135lbs and keep my self in tip top condtion so i dont end up like one of my class mates who is constantly picked on by other students.
