Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - ::TODAY:: My breakfast = 1 fat free peach yogurt cup. My lunch = 1 flour tortilla with onions, 1 spoon of refried beans, 1/2 can of tuna, salsa, 2 wasa crackers. My dinner = 1 lowfat vanilla yogurt cup with 1 tbsp low fat granola, 1 tbsp m & m's. My snack = 1 sugar free margarita sno cone. EXERCISE today = 15 minutes of yoga, ran 1 mile, walked 1 mile, danced to my music in my room. haha it sounds cheesy, but you do sweat. lol

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - Hey guys!! I lost 8 pounds on my diet so far!! I'm so excted. In 8th grade, I weighed 192 pounds and I lost 60. Then my freshman year, gained back 30 pounds and i hate it!! So I've been on this diet for a week or two and I want to get rid of all this extra weight that isn't attractive at all. Wish me luck!! and good luck to all of you!! 3Erica

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 - Hi I think i have found the solution to all our weight probems. I heard of this diet where you eat 18 calories for each meal for every 1st day. For every 2nd day you eat what every you want. If you dont do it exactly like that you wont be able to lose the weight. For each meal eat a waffle/toast with any fruit or vegetable. Drink water with each meal. If you dont want to eat the toast/waffle and fruit or vegetable for every meal replace with tuna a fruit or a salad. The next day eat whatever you want. You don't even have to excersise. If you want to excersise it can speed the proccess up to 5-15 pounds. On average just dieting alone you can loose up to 30 pounds in a month depending on your body chemistry.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Hey every one I have a problem where when i am trying to do sit-ups or something like that my back starts to hurt to where I can not even sit up.And i try to put something soft on the ground to help my back but it dose not work. Dose any one know how I can work my ABS with out getting on the floor?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 316 - hey everyone i am so like sick of this anyways i been excirsing U kno seeing my limits before i start by life change u kno to see how far i can get myself. BuT lIke i said before while i am excirsing i feel the burn and after i feel like i didnt do nothing but if i am hurting after i feel like my body working is it not burning if i dont feel no burn! well i really LOve MY weight loss RUTI she loving we rite each other every day And i hope there sucess to the both of us! And i have another Statement to say u can lose 40 or even more pounds in 3 weeks it all depends on how bIG U r and HOW your body is I am saying anit no 160 person going to lose that much that soon but maybe like a 360 if they work as hard as A 160 pound person!!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 170 - have you ever noticed that the people on here never eat a whole meal they will say like i ate salad for dinner. not like i had chicken and green beans. is it ok to eat a whole meal if you watch you portion sizes and calorie intake.
