Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hi everyone =] Alright today [breakfast] a bowl of cheerios [afternoon snack] celery sticks [dinner] a healthy choice meal with beans,rice, and corn. Exercise, Walked the dog this morning. Worked out with weights for about 30 minutes. I'm going on my mile run in afew minutes. Then some cardio later. Total water; 12345cups. I need to work on drinking more. Well did I do ok? ALSO I have a question, is eating celery late at night bad? Because I ended up doing that last night =/ Hope you are all doing awesome!
