Ht. 5'3, Wt. C:130?? G:120 - Another great day for me!! I just got back from my nightly walk with my dogs. I also did a lot more exersice but I don't fell like typing it all. So heres what I ate. BREAKFAST(8am):Smoothie(1 banana,1 cup fatfree yogurt and ice) LUNCH:(11:30am)A turky sandwitch(2 slices of weat berry bread and 4 slices of thin cut lean turky) and a pickle SNACK:1/2 a hamburger patty. (I was hungry and my family doesn't really keep the house stocked with easy and healthy snacks) DINNER: a Healthy Choice dinner thing. I don't have to worry about eating any later because I'm just not a late night eater unles I'm at my friends. Plus I brushed my teeth already!! SO what you all think??

I guesss i made that sound like my house is full of junk foods. Thats not true either. It's not that my family doesn't get healthy food for me but we don't go shopping very often so we don't always have the healthy foods. It was more me being lazy yesterday to eat the 1/2 a hamburger patty. But o well.

pretty awesome! great job but about your parents keeping the fridge healthy maybe you should ask i mean im sure they will be considerate of your health =]
