Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - i have graduation tonight, and all my friends want to go out for to eat and ice cream later. the cermony wont be over till like 9:30-10:00pm then we are all going out. and i really want to go, but i dont want to eat that late..what should i do? is there any foods that are okay to eat late at night? its at a restaurant.

go out have fun and eat what you want, but not too much. then when tommorow comes do extra exercise and eat a little less.

how about u take a few bites of ice cream and drink some water and maybe bring a healthy snack that u can eat also.

If you are going to be awake at lease an hour after you've eaten I think it's okay to eat anywhere you want. Enjoy your graduation!

also remember 1/2 cup of icecream is a serveing (120-200 calories). 1/2 a cup is tinny!!

its okay to have a treat once in a while but if you really want to eat something try some frozen yogurt or if they have low fat ice cream.if you dont want to ruin your day on ice cream maybe try getting them to go somewhere else or just tell them youre not hungry. and try to eat something small before you go so you wouldnt be as tempted

If you are hungry get a one schoop ivecream as a treat for yourself but if your not hungry chew on a strong piece of gum and drink some water.

I would still go with them an enjoy yourself, but tell them that you are not in the mood, or not hungry. I wouldn't blow a perfectly good day on ice cream. However, it is ok to treat yourself once and a while, so if you have been good, go ahead and get a small scoop. Otherwise, just drink some water!
