Ht. 5'4", Wt. - - Okay so I've lost 5 pounds according to my scale at home, but that's in only 2 days since I was weighed at the doctor...I am wondering is that even possible or maybe my scale is just way to low??

Yeah the doctor's scale is four pounds more than my scale at home, so that might be it. Otherwise maybe your hard work is paying off =)

oh yes ive had this as well the doctor scale is way better even thought it always makes me gain 10 pounds lol. because when i weight myself at home i am always 5-10 pounds less than at the doctors so try using one scale. and you may have lost 5 pounds sometimes if you are excersizing and dieting you drop pounds without noticing so you may have been excersizing last week possibly and they just took their effect now =]

yah like kaylee said weight yourself on the same scale. all scales are different and "home" scales ten to be less accurate then "doctor" scales because it is manual. so try not to weigh yourself by the scale but by the inches until you go to the doctors. thats what i do because i actually lost a few lbs and the scale sayed i had gained a few lbs.

Always weigh your self on the same scale. That the only way you will know if you are acctually loseing weight.
