Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - I'm going to work in about an hour but I was planning on eating a light lunch beforehand. I need to stay energized at work, does anyone have tasty, low cal recipes for a quick lunch? Also, are there such things as negative calorie foods? Another thing- Is working out after 6ish bad for you? I heard that you will be less likely to sleep?

try a bottle of water, and maybe try 2 scrambled eggs with bell peppers and a slice of bacon wrapped in a tortilla or whatevr you like in that. try a wheat wrap. or you can have cheese, turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, or whatever else you like inside of one or on wheat bread or wheat toast. try 1/2 an apple with 2 tbsp of PB and maybe a sugar free jello in a flavor you like. there are endless options like baby carrots, celery, cucumber and a TRANSPARENT dressing (no creamy dressings), a granola bar, trail mix (try slice almonds, dried dates, raisins, granola, and a bit of brown sugar). if u have anymore ?'s about foods or weight loss in general feel free to emaail me @ malatomami57@aol.com =)

For a light lunch I like a sandwitch on Wheat Berry bread with either Lean ham or turkey lunch meat. Thats about the only thing I eat for lunch and it's getting real old!! O and I only have mustard on it yummm!!
