Ht. 5'2, Wt. 165 - Alright people its been a long time since i've posted my highest weight has been 185 which i was last spring but then i lost fifteen pounds over soccer season but gained back 5 adn then this spring during soccer i lost ten leaving me at 165.. im lokoing better but still fat.. im tryign this new workout called Toning for Teens its awesome and i have been doing it for a week and i already see results.. i am also running everyday which i now love because of soccer i increase by a half mile everyday.. my eatign habits still need improvement i love to overeat and just binge and that is my hardest challenge... but i am hoping to get down to 135 by september for my senior year so i wont have to worrry abotu my weight and can just focus on getting into college and having a social life and soakign up my fianl days as a child still livign with her parents and munchign off there money my advice to all those concerenced with their weight join a sport.. you will lose weight without even noticing it and have fun pick a sport u love and just be on the jv or freshman team you dont need to be on varsity.. you make tons of friends and get excersize i started losing those first 15 pounds without notcing till the end of the season when i started getting compliments and went to the doctor and saw the results first hand if eating habits are you're enemy now.. focus on excersize and let the natural eatign habits coem back to you... dont agonize overa cookie or pasta that u had a couple helpings of.. just get outside adn move around and you can burn off those carolies.. im not sayign u shouldnt modify but if you eat more than you shouldve just run it off or swim.. burn what you have gained thats how you lose weight excersize and modify your portion sizes that is all
