Forget about it and start over new right now!! You had a cookie. If there is anyone that has lost weight that hasn't had a cookie a blow of icecream and a spoonful of pb sometime during their weight loss I will be shocked. We are all trying to lose weight and be healthy but come on we are still living in a world of fatty foods!! It's part of life to eat so sometimes we have to have a cookie or a box!! It's not good but it's ok!!

Don't worry, it happens but you have to control yourself...if this happens a lot. Put the cookies in a place where they are hidden or keep them out there in the open and challenge yourself to pass them in the kitchen and NOT even take one. Drink water if you feel an urge to eat foods that aren't good. Yeah water can be tasteless...but it'll keep you full most of the time. And remember it's all about MODERATION...have just one cookie and not a ton. Just get back in the race and forget about the cookies and PB....life throws barricades at people...and in our case it's cookies, pizzas, and icecream lol. You can do it! :)
