Ht. 5'1", Start: 214 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - ok so i started weight watchers during the summer. it worked really well. i was a size 18/20 and now im down to a 14. i have slacked off a ton since school has started and especially during thanksgiving and my birthday. i asked for the jillian michaels fitness ultimatium wii game for christmas but i dont know if im going to get it. this summer i walked a mile everyday and i think that is what helped me a tremendous amount. but now, since its gotten colder and it gets dark earlier i dont walk. i dont have any exercise eqiupment in my house and i just dont know what to do! im a very picky eater and its hard to find diet food that i like! i babysit everyday after school and the family that i sit for is like sticks! they dont gain any weight but they eat tons and tons of junk food so they dont have anything healthy for me to snack on while im over there. im getting so discouraged. i want to ... Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 145 lb - okay, so i slacked off for about 2 weeks and gained 2 pounds back, but for the past 3 days ive done pretty well. yesterday i did 25-30 mins of exercise and on top of that, my boyfriend and i went for a long walk in the snow in his backyard which leads to a big mountain, and he taught me to snowboard lol i was exhausted afterward because it was such a hard walk going up hills and stuff. i think i did well. ive decided to not weigh myself until january, and hopefully i'll see a change then. i just hope i can keep this up. on christmas though its going to be my cheat day. ill eat whatever i want i'll just watch how much i eat. hope everyones doing well. good luck

Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 283 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - Im having a similar problem like the post below me... I exercise 1 hr and 30 mins everyday except weekends and I gained two pounds...(45 mins strength training and 45 mins of cardio). I dont know if its because Im bloated because of my monthly but I'm a bit sad.... I get bloated for about 2 weeks out of the month but this has got me down... however my clothes are fitting better, My thighs are lifting, the neck bulge thing is almost non-existant anymore and my stomach is going down very well including the pooch but my scale is peeing me off!!!

I have salad and wheat toasr for lunch and then eat what my mom made for dinner so i can atleast enjoy one thing. Ugh i don't know what to do!

For the past couple weeks i have been maintaining 160lbs which is surprising considering my eating has been a bit all over the place. I just wish i could break into the 150's, then i can focus on getting into the 140's which would take me to my goal weight. If i maintain 160 over the holiday period then i have 6 months to get serious about losing weight for my holiday in June!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 250 lb, Today: 234 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 195 lb - So i lost another 2 pounds, in like a week and a half. i guess that's okay, i'd like to lose more though. I know i can, because i wasn't working my butt off. So new diet plan i have, again haha this is the third. over 30 minutes of excersise 5 nights a week, or more if i could, and went back to 7-8 big glasses of water a day. and no eating after supper of course, unless i'm starving, then i'll have some veggies or fruit. I'm adding a lot of diearetics in my diet too, like lemon juice and celery, and more lettuce. i don't eat too much veggies, i get sick of them fast. Anyone have any advice on how to make veggies more appealing? hahaha

So does any one have any tips :)) right now I run in place everynight in my room for like 20 min striaght then jumping jacks and that kinda stuff, go walking/running with my friends and brother but i guess my big problem is eatting healthy... since i work in a grocery store its alot less of a problem just to grab a candy bar some chips and a soda, so im not really sure what to get in there that is good for me and cheap! any ideas?!? So for me, i'm getting rid of the acne' and i still have braces, but i love my glasses. so, now its time to get rid of the weight for real[: I'm getting my license soon, and i would love to be able to put 20 pounds less than whats on my permit, i know "silly" but i really would.
