Ht. 5'9", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I finally am going to do something about my weight! My mother is about four inches shorter than me, and weighed 10 pounds more than me. She started this diet in October where she only eats three times a day eating only the serving size of things, and she cut out all sweets and things with high cholesterol and saturated fat. She has already lost 30 pounds, and she doesn’t even exercise! All she does is sit at home, clean, and do crafts. I’m considering taking up her little diet plan, along with exercising or some sort, but it’s winter time here, and the gyms are too far away. Does anyone know some fun exercise tapes, or yummy healthy recipes? Thank you for those that respond, and happy holidays.
