Ht. 5'4", Start: 208 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 135 lb - i have a problem with exercise i dont know what to do or how to begin ihave changed my diet i still eat what i want but i eat small amounts and have a snack when i feel hungry i just dont have time to go to the gym i go walking when ever i get the chance to but know i find myself not ever really haveing time

you always have time for workout. get a 15 minute workout tape and do that once a day, 15 minutes is nothing, and it works if you're doing it everyday. then, if you see you have more time, do 20 minutes, then 30, and so on.
Make time for it.. and plan your schedule around it.
