Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. For breakfast cereal with milk and water. For luncch 100 cal pak a sandwhich, water, and half a bag of dog treats that are for human not real dog treats they were like 120 cal a bag but I only ate half, and a donut because my class gave some money to a another class in my school for the compassion child. For supper I hope something healthy. For exercises 45 min basketball, and 1 hour Quiz Bowl which is like over 100 cal burned. And many more exerceses. So How Did I do

Ht. 5'7", Start: 166 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 140 lb - everyone is prom shopping and I just can't even look at the dresses. I want to lose 20 lbs by May. I heard that it is possible but I am very insecure right now. I've always been focused on school and getting into college never on boys and looks. But now i'm in college and I noticed that wow I have so many problems. I am overweight, and I have never had a boyfriend. I'm 17 years old what is wrong with me. I want to go to prom but I really don't feel happy about going by myself. I'm sorry about ranting but I would appreciated some advice.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Kaylee you have it all wrong. Chinese food is good for you if you don't eat too much. It's just the egg rolls and pork and stuff that's bad. But I didn't eat a huge serving today. Italian and mexican food is MUCH more fattening.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Artificial sweeteners like sweet n low and sweet sprinkles...really how bad for you are they? I've been useing them a lot latly and I'm thinking I should stop. It's not like I need it but sweetening up the tea I love to drink is always nice.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - omg way too much food today. like a seriously bad day. i know it can get boring seeing people post everything they ate (and i have never dont it) but i want to know if you think i gained weight just from today. i had breakfast: a small waffle, orange juice. lunch(at olive garden): salad, pasta fagiole soup, and 3 breadsticks!. dinner: no more than a cup of spaghetti, and a carrot cake cupcake. omg i'm so mad at myself. i did walk with my friends for an hour and a half though. oh on a different subject. i got uo the nerve to ask my dad for a gym membership and he actually thought it was a good idea! so it looks like i'll be able to go to a gym now. and its walking distance too!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I'd like some feedback. I had my treat day yesterday but I waaay over did it. Breakfast: Total whole wheat cereal w/ 1% milk & an orange; Lunch: teriyaki chicken & vegetable stir-fry & a little rice & grapes; Snack: pretzels; Dinner: Smart Ones meal- angel hair marinara pasta w/zuccini & 1% milk; Calorie total= about 1,300. Excercise: 15 minutes cross-trainer, 15 minutes stationary bicycle, 100 cruntches, & 30 minutes treadmill at a low-speed. Reply please.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Lots of people seem to need diet tips...I happen to know a few and here they are **1 always chew your food 32 times(even a banana)** **2 brush your teeth after a meal** **3 always drink a lot of water** **4 get plenty of sleep** **5 Leave a pair of goal pants or bikini out on a hanger to see every day before you leave your room** **6 eat slowly make sure it takes you 20 minutes to eat any meal** **7 make time for exercise even if it means waking up 30 minutes earlier and going for a short walk, jog, or run** **8 know the calorie counts of fast food places and make good choices** **9 diet journals sometimes help if you really make sure to write EVERYTHING down** **10 turn on some music and rock out for a while** **11 on one of those hot summer days go for a swim or turn on a sprnkler and run through it** **12 during the winter do plyos in your house** **13 do cardio that gets your heart... For lunch 1 chicken leg, like 4 bites out of mashed potaotes and gravy, green beans, and butter and jelly on a biscite, and water. For supper a sandwhich, and a 100 cal pak and water. For exercises 5 min treadmill, 100 crunchs on ball, 30 ball roll up, 20 planks, 12 triceps dip, about an hour pulling wallpaper off it causes a lot of standing, 15 two way crunch, and much more. Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Just clarifying something: 3500 EXTRA calories equals 1 pound of weight gain, right? You don't gain any weight if you eat 3500 calories a day, just if you eat 3500 extra? Next Sunday I'm planning on picking one food that I really want and eating it. Do you think I'll be able to mantain my weight by just eating one food of anything I want?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - first of all this is not the same sarah that put up the last post. i'll put those stars around my name now so there isnt confusion. but anyway, i'm pretty proud of myself about the last few days. yesterday i consumed about 1200 calories and burned about 2730. (well thats what fitday.com told me. does anyone know if those calories burned numbers are accurate on fitday?) am i burning enough calories to lose a lb a week? i'm just curious about your opinions on how i'm doing! i realllllllllly want to be able to wear a bikini this summer. i'm sure you all know how i feel! i'd appreciate some opinions. thanks guys! this site is really helping me.
