Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey it's Friday! Tomorrow is my treat day so I am going to have chinese food and pie! Anyways, let me know how I did today please. Breakfast: fat-free yoghurt w/raspberries, blueberries, & granola; Lunch: 1/2 whole-wheat pita pocket w/lettuce,tomato,avacado,swiss cheese,fat-free italian dressing, & mustard & an apple; Snack: carrots w/salsa & a rye crispbread; Dinner: Lean Cuisine chicken/brown rice/snap pea meal w/ soy sauce & 1% milk; Excercise: 20 min. walk, 15 min. cross-trainer, 15 min. stationary bicycle, 30 min treadmill. Reply please.

b-oatmeal 130cals
l- a LITTLE bit of shrimp chinese stuff just a LITTLE though and skim milk
snack- i had a sunny d( not good, i was really thirsty though b/c i was playing in the snow for like a half hour)
and i had a yogurt and some saltines
i feel bad for what i had for lunch so im goanna have a salad for supper, im not very hungry anyways, howd i do?? i need 2 work out now!! ttyl! PLEASE REPLY! rach

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today, Honey Nut Cheerios and water. For lunch a sandwhich, 100 cal pak and water, for supper a hamburger with just ketchup and pickles, and a small Minute Maid lemonade. For snack 150 cal fiber bar. For exercise 10 min of tag and running, 15 min basketball, 25 min walking. 5 min treadmill and many more exercises. How did I do PLEASE RESPOND

Ht. 5'5", Start: 194 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 145 lb - guys i was on here 2 weeks ago saying that i couldnt go down past 178! i would be 178 and gain weight i went to 184 and now ive tried hard and i weight 177! I am so excited now i wanna keep losing! i think making your goals keeps you motivated! now i am off to lose 32 more pounds! and i know i will!

breakfast~ Burrito and glass of Mangojuice
snack~ 90cal granola bar
Lunch~ Hot sandwich. ( whole grain white bread, light turkey, cheese, light mayo)
snack~lowfat triscuts with humus
Dinner~ Mexican taco mix thing ( a taco carsorol thing )
then I had some celery. yummyyummy
and I just went to the library and got a bunch of diet books including the diet for teenagers only. I heard that's a good one. how'd I do today?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 250 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hey there everybody!! okay well i REALLY need your advice...today is my first day on my diet... i have had lowfat things to eat all day... i am going to my dads house tonight... he is barbecuing hamburgers and hot dogs... now him and my mom dont talk and he lives alone so he gets really excited when i come to his house... he is barbecuing for me so that we can have dinner together... and i dunno what i should do...should i just have a hamburger with a little bit of miracle whip and no cheese... because i dont wanna upset him by not eating... well PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE respond thank you!!!!!
