Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - AHHHH!!! I lost another 5 pounds in these last two weeks! I broke 160, yay! In total, I've lost 11 pounds this month. I'm stil just bothered that I can't really see the difference on myself that I would like to. This site has truly helped me a lot, and I hope each and everyone of you has success no matter what your goal may be. Good luck!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - if anyone knows i would reallllly appreciate an answer to this. how many calories do you burn a day without doing extra exercise? I have heard so many different answers to this. You know what I mean? Just being in school and walking around like normal. Please let me know! thanks!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 204 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 145 lb - yay ive lost 5.5 pounds in 2 weeks!! woot thats pretty good for me. some people lose that in 1 week and im like i hate u but yea lol. i just wish i could see the loss in the mirror :( i c it on the scales buut i dont think ive changed physically ... this happening to anyone else? i think i might start doing measurements next week.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Today and yesterday, I went on a 1mi jog and did weight training in the excersise room at me Apartment Complex. Is it just me, or is it easier to run a mile on a treadmill rather than out on the street? Happy Late St. Patty's Day everyone. I hope you picked the fat off your corned beef if u had any. I did :).

Ht. 5'7", Start: 186 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Breakfast: bowl of corn bran with 1% milk + 1 cup of coffe with cream and sugar. Lunch: 3 cups of 'blue menu' or 'healthier choice' popcorn + 1 cup of coffee with cream and sugar. There is no food in my house right now so i know these meals arent very good but ah well groceries today so i should have a yummy veggie filled dinner :)
