Ht. 5'6", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey, y'all! I haven't been here for a while, but I need some super advice. I'm in a play, and people have to pick me up and carry me around, and the person I'm double-cast with is tiny. She;s my best friend, and she's 17, but she's around 100 pounds, maybe a little less. She's 5'2, I think, and she's just naturally skinny. I'm a voluptuous person. I'm pretty, and I have a nice figure, but I just weigh a lot. The thing is, it's going to be really embarrassing when they try to pick me up, and they can easily pick up my friend. The show is in may, but we do have rehearsals now. I just don't know what to do. No matter what I do, I can't seem to lose weight! I've tried so many things. I don't know what to do, and I really don't want to be embarrassed! Please help!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey everyone I just found this site and I read some of the bulletins and they have been very insperational stories so I aplaud everyone for doing but here is my story now that I hope will also inspire many I am 5'2" and I am 160 I know that doesn't seem like alot of weight but for me its like beight morbidly fat but my goal is to lose some inches and lose 40 pounds I have tried o so many diets but none of them seem to work for but I have started another which is to eat healthier and hit the treadmill everyday for 30 minutes I cal tell its working because I have lost around 4 pounds in the first week which I think is pretty good but I still have a long way to go so please encourage because sometimes if I don't lose 1 pound a day I get easily discouraged and think its not working so please ENCOURAGE me somehow ! thanks and I hope you all suceed in your weightloss !

Ht. 4'10", Start: 142 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 120 lb - My problem is none of my clothes fit anymore, and I am getting really bad stretch marks on my skin ( all over)! Any advice or eating tips would help me! Oh I also hate to work out, but am bribed to by my parents! I need to know what type of food to avoid and how do you stop eating before you are full?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 186 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone again. I'm at school right now. Yay...lol. I lost 4 pounds this week. I was so happy. I worked my butt off. I took the dog on walks everyday, and raked the lawn for 2 hours. Not to mention my 45 minutes on my fastrak Monday-Thursday. Now I've lost a total of 54 lbs. I'm so happy.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I passed out in gym the other day because of my weight issuess and because I drink alot of energy drinks [which I know is really bad for your heart!] It's hard being overweight when I have to muscled up brothers that are like extremely fit. Its just so hard..

Like in gym, running to much, I have high blood pressure and it makes it hard but I push throuh it. I try my best to eat right, but thats just hard to do at school when our school doesnt offer much for us to each healthy. It sucks being overweight :(
