Ht. 5'8", Start: 176 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 145 lb - so i'm back from spring break! it was a blast..but i definitely did not eat well or exercise...soo i'm kinda nervous to weigh myself on sunday but oh well. hopefully i am no heavier than 160! (my current weight posted up there is wrong...i am 156.4)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - My family thinks im starving my self. This is what I ate today. 3/4 cup of cereal 1/2 cup of milk and water. For lucnh 1/2 a sandwhich, 150 cal fiber bar. 100 cal pak and water. For supper 10 piece chicken mcnuggets and 3 peices of french fries and water. For exercses 30 min basketball, 15 min double dutch I didn't jump for 15 min in a row though. and exercsises here at home. Do you think im starving my self and How did I do

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Ok well this site is making me mad cuz when i try to change my current weight it won't let me post because i'm in the healthy weight range now and i wanna get down lower in the healthy range so i don't know why its being dumb but lets see anyways....;) I went to Des Moines yesterday to recieve this award and this hottie from iowa state was there too and he kept checking me out and he came over and talked to me so that was definetly a confidence boost! Its kinda crunch time for me now tho cuz I go off to state competion on Sunday and like my stomach is really flat now but if i screw up it doesn't look so good and i gotta rock my new bikini so i really gotta stay on track....oh well wish me luck and everyone should go outside today and take a run its so flippin nice out!
