Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Well, I have lost another pound...so surely but slowly or slowly but surely...anyways, I find it is easier to lose weight by focusing on a goal other than the way you want to look and feel. Ht. 5'1", Start: 174 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 110 lb - K im actually 120ish right now, but i was down 2 115. I got back on track today, i biked for an hour, and ate somewhat healthier...hopefully the weight will come off now that i have gym again and it's warm enough to start biking/jogging!

Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 196 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Hey I've been on her before, & I felt like visiting the site which motivated me to write a little something. By June 15 (last day of school, also summer!) I would like to have lost 20 lbs. If losing that much would satisfy me, when I'll work towards keeping it off in the summer, if not, then I'll lost 10 more lbs. I'm not what you'd call 'fat', I hate using that word. But I'm thick if thats what you'd like to say haha. I'm just built big. Anyway...So far I'm doing good. I wanted to let you know never give up & just keep at it. Trust me I've been fussing about my weight for a long time. Always seems like I'm dieting. So I'll let you all know how I do. Good luck eneryone!

For supper a salad some french fries, and one chicken mcnugget and water. For exercse 20 min basketball, 15 min baksetball, 30 min softball and many more. I had about 1200 to 1500 calories. So How did I do

Ht. 5'2", Start: 165 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone. I am happy to say that I lost 10 pounds in about 2 and a half weeks. All I have been doing is eating better, and working out a lot. To all those people who don't know what work out they should do and want something fun that really gets your heart going. I definitely recommend the Zumba DVDs. I have been using them and they are sooo much fun. It's spanish dancing moves and well I'm spanish so i know a lot of the moves but they teach you from step one. I've been doing that and running and the weight has just been melting off. So everyone should go get the DVD's they are amazing and soooo much fun !

Ht. 5'0", Start: 127 lb, Today: 126 lb, Goal: 110 lb - on Thursday, I am going to state Mathcounts (yes, i'm a smart geek)but we will be in a car for 4 hours there, and 4 hours back. We will be eating out, and our hotel doesn't have a pool, and you have to be 18 to access the workout room. Does anybody have any ideas on how to eat out smart and how I could get in my exercise???

Ht. 5'1", Start: 135 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I'm not off to a very good start, but I really wanna lose about 10-15 pounds. So far today, I had half a granola bar, Sunny D, half a spicy chicken sandwich, a twix bar, 1 tator tot, a handful of chips with spinach dip, a few bites of chicken, a bite of broccoli casserole, and a mountain dew. I know it wasn't that good, but I'm not eating anymore today, and I really need to lay off the pop. It's really addicting, and I layed of coke (my absolute favorite) for 3 days, until my sister got one with her happymeal, and I snapped. Lol. If I just stayed away from junk and pop, I think I'd lose more weight. I didn't exercise today, though because I really haven't had time. We're taking the OGT (Ohio Graduation Test) in school, and I haven't been in gym to exercise, and I just finished doing dishes and laundry, and I'm tired now. Oh...In 5th period study hall, after we were released back to our classes, I did do a few stomach exercises with my friend Tia. So, yeah...I really need some tips. Thanks, and good luck to you all!

For lunch half a sandwhich and 3 small pieces of ham, water, 150 cal fiber bar. For supper a small hamburger with ketchup and pickles. For exercses 20 30 min basketball 30 min standing around. and many more. I think I had like 1200 calories today. Is that enough or should I eat more. And How did I do today
