Ht. 5'2", Start: 138 lb, Today: 138 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ug. Didn't lose any weight my first day. Probably water weight. But for breakfast I had a Burrito (300 cal.) and a glass of light mango juice. I live in an apartment complex that has a fitness room/gym that's free for the people who live here so I guess I'll start going there again. Thanx for the advice Rachel. :]

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - just some advice...dont freak out if you gain a pound or two, make sure you know what your measurements are (inches around the tummy, legs and other problem areas) and before you freak check those. also remember weight your self at the same time everyday, i weigh after i pee in the morning and before i jump in the shower and it should have an accurate measure also weight fluctuates during the week so if your weighing everyday compare last wednesday to this wednesday and do that everyday and see whats going on... also if you are taking one day to rest and treat yourself to foods you miss make sure YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM IN THE SAME DAY make sure the day you treat yourself to the food is a day when you work out and a day you dont work out you dont eat junk.
MAKE SURE YOU DRINK A TON OF WATER this can help you lose weight quicker but dont go over board... and also add a fruit or veg to every meal

It I was doing so good then last night when i left then gym my cravings kinda took over cuz i was tired of eating rabbit food and I binged out on carbs. Ugh oh well though I guess I woke up this morning and I couldn't of been to bad cuz my tummy was flat so idk I feel good tho cuz my legs are getting super tone and i love it! Well good luck today everyone!

I figured I would just give one post and thats: CONGRATS to everyone that ate better than normal, lost a pound or got out and moved there bodies today!! lunch-green tea. tuna& crackers. apples. sugar free pudding.
snack after school-chips=150 calories
exercise-2 workout videos.
i measured my stomach today. standing up i was 42' inches. and sitting down i was 45 inches. is that bad?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - What do you think of having this for lunch: 2 chocolate rice cakes w/ 2 tbsp. peanut butter & an apple....I like that lunch a lot but I think it's too sugary...8g from rice cakes, 6g from peanut butter...and I don't know about the apple...hmmm

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Does dancing burn any calories at all? i dont mean "real dancing" like in a class, but dancing around by yourself. I cant run today cause its too cold, so i just danced around in my room for about 15 minutes. i'll probably do 1/2 hour more later. does this do much at all?

I finally came out to them that I wanted help loseing weight and getting healthy and there idea of that is to barry the icecream in the back of the freezer not let me eat any peanut butter. Come in the kitchen every time I go in there. When I asked my grandma if she had a hard candy that I could suck on she said no and even if I did I wouldn't let you have it. A hard candy tops out about 20 calories and keeps my mouth busy for a while!! What the **** does my family think there helping me by not letting me have anything with sugar in it?! NO NO NO all it does is make me pig out when I leave the house and they wonder why I'm not loseing weight and start takeing more foods away that I enjoy eating. I can't even have a tiny cup of hot chocolate without them asking about the calories I'm eating. Do they want me to get an eating disorder? And the funny... (view more)
