Ht. 5'2", Start: 165 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone. I am happy to say that I lost 10 pounds in about 2 and a half weeks. All I have been doing is eating better, and working out a lot. To all those people who don't know what work out they should do and want something fun that really gets your heart going. I definitely recommend the Zumba DVDs. I have been using them and they are sooo much fun. It's spanish dancing moves and well I'm spanish so i know a lot of the moves but they teach you from step one. I've been doing that and running and the weight has just been melting off. So everyone should go get the DVD's they are amazing and soooo much fun !

Ht. 5'0", Start: 127 lb, Today: 126 lb, Goal: 110 lb - on Thursday, I am going to state Mathcounts (yes, i'm a smart geek)but we will be in a car for 4 hours there, and 4 hours back. We will be eating out, and our hotel doesn't have a pool, and you have to be 18 to access the workout room. Does anybody have any ideas on how to eat out smart and how I could get in my exercise???

Ht. 5'1", Start: 135 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I'm not off to a very good start, but I really wanna lose about 10-15 pounds. So far today, I had half a granola bar, Sunny D, half a spicy chicken sandwich, a twix bar, 1 tator tot, a handful of chips with spinach dip, a few bites of chicken, a bite of broccoli casserole, and a mountain dew. I know it wasn't that good, but I'm not eating anymore today, and I really need to lay off the pop. It's really addicting, and I layed of coke (my absolute favorite) for 3 days, until my sister got one with her happymeal, and I snapped. Lol. If I just stayed away from junk and pop, I think I'd lose more weight. I didn't exercise today, though because I really haven't had time. We're taking the OGT (Ohio Graduation Test) in school, and I haven't been in gym to exercise, and I just finished doing dishes and laundry, and I'm tired now. Oh...In 5th period study hall, after we were released back to our classes, I did do a few stomach exercises with my friend Tia. So, yeah...I really need some tips. Thanks, and good luck to you all!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - urh now I can't get past 187. This is what I had today. For breakfast 3/4 cup of cereal and milk and water. For lunch half a sandwhich and 3 small pieces of ham, water, 150 cal fiber bar. For supper a small hamburger with ketchup and pickles. For exercses 20 30 min basketball 30 min standing around. and many more. I think I had like 1200 calories today. Is that enough or should I eat more. And How did I do today

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Well I didn't weigh in again, I think i'm avoiding the scale...haha But yesterday I did ok i guess no big complaints plus I got a really good work out in so I feel really good about myself. But lets see a lot of people were asking me how i lost all the weight and i actually lost like 45 lbs and was down to 155 but i kinda gained some of it back but really all i did was cut out the bad put in the good and exercise everyday. I mean i know it sounds incredibly easy but thats b/c it is, i mean my main problem was fighting off to not just eat when i was bored so I just found stuff to occupy my time. Oh yea another great tip try eating mini meals. I eat like 5 mini meals throughout the day and it really helps ur body b/c it can break down all the small stuff throughout the day compared to bigger meals that can't get broken down all at once and then it is stored as fat for later to be used as an energy source. And if you don't use that energy source it just stays there :/ Well good luck to everyone today, stay focused on ur goals!

I figured it out on the bus today if i lose 2lbs a week I can reach my goal yay. Well this week I lost 4lbs yay!! I'm glad I atleast losing weight. Now I just have to keep it up. Yesterday wanted to binge really bad. I just keep thinking oh my god I so hungry. I was really proud of myself for just having a few pickels istead of eating like crazy. Anyways it monday and a new week here's what I ate today. Breakfast a snack size bag half full with ceral, lunch 4 chicken O's, 1 pieace of bread, carrots with a little ranch, and a chocolate milk, Dinner ham sandwich on wheat bread with a little light mircule wip with chedder cheese and a snack size bag half full with apple cinnamon cherrios, and water. or and my after school snack was a fiber bar. I ran on the treadmill for 33 min. and i'm going to do some sit ups and jump rope later. How did I do?? Please reply.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ugh a few too many calories today. i ate about the same way i did before i started dieting, but luckily i played tennis for about 1.5 hours and walked for about 30 minutes. so i think it evened out. oh well better than gaining! anyway, i think i'm going to ask my gym teacher if i can use the weight room in school when i have study hall. thats only 3x a week but i think its a good idea cause i'm working out while i'm in school. i'll probably be able to get 2 miles in on the treadmill per day. well good luck everyone, i'll probably post again tomorrow!
