lunch- tuna( 90 cals) sandwich( wheat idk howmny cals) apple and skim milk
snack-1 grahm cracker 65 cals.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Well I didn't weigh in again, I think i'm avoiding the scale...haha But yesterday I did ok i guess no big complaints plus I got a really good work out in so I feel really good about myself. But lets see a lot of people were asking me how i lost all the weight and i actually lost like 45 lbs and was down to 155 but i kinda gained some of it back but really all i did was cut out the bad put in the good and exercise everyday. I mean i know it sounds incredibly easy but thats b/c it is, i mean my main problem was fighting off to not just eat when i was bored so I just found stuff to occupy my time. Oh yea another great tip try eating mini meals. I eat like 5 mini meals throughout the day and it really helps ur body b/c it can break down all the small stuff throughout the day compared to bigger meals that can't get broken down all at once and then it is stored as fat for later to be used as an energy source. And if you don't use that energy source it just stays there :/ Well good luck to everyone today, stay focused on ur goals!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 202 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 170 lb - This is my mini goal weight. This is where I want to be by my b-day at the end of may. I figured it out on the bus today if i lose 2lbs a week I can reach my goal yay. Well this week I lost 4lbs yay!! I'm glad I atleast losing weight. Now I just have to keep it up. Yesterday wanted to binge really bad. I just keep thinking oh my god I so hungry. I was really proud of myself for just having a few pickels istead of eating like crazy. Anyways it monday and a new week here's what I ate today. Breakfast a snack size bag half full with ceral, lunch 4 chicken O's, 1 pieace of bread, carrots with a little ranch, and a chocolate milk, Dinner ham sandwich on wheat bread with a little light mircule wip with chedder cheese and a snack size bag half full with apple cinnamon cherrios, and water. or and my after school snack was a fiber bar. I ran on the treadmill for 33 min. and i'm going to do some sit ups and jump rope later. How did I do?? Please reply.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ugh a few too many calories today. i ate about the same way i did before i started dieting, but luckily i played tennis for about 1.5 hours and walked for about 30 minutes. so i think it evened out. oh well better than gaining! anyway, i think i'm going to ask my gym teacher if i can use the weight room in school when i have study hall. thats only 3x a week but i think its a good idea cause i'm working out while i'm in school. i'll probably be able to get 2 miles in on the treadmill per day. well good luck everyone, i'll probably post again tomorrow!

I've posted many success stories and I am the Isabella on the My Story Page. I feel amazing now having lost 20lbs since Feb. of last year! I preach the Diet For Teenagers Only, which is a fabulous lifelong healthy-eating-plan book based on teenagers' nutritional needs that you can follow forever. It's healthy, real, not gimmicky, and produces great results! I also exercise anywhere between 3-5 times for either a 10min. mini workout of a full 30min. DVD a week, and my doctor said I can have 2 treats a week(I save mine for the weekends). Also, developing a good body image will motivate you to get healthy and love your body for life! Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 155 lb - i had a terrible day today. my bra and my jeans wouldnt fit and i havnt gained an ounce, also we had the 40 yard dash in pe today so my boobs were jiggling like jello and my thighs were rubbing together now their red. i forgot to eat breakfast witht the time change i had 310 cals for lunch and 560 for dinner please tell me how i did!!! PLEASE!!!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 110 lb - if i have a fruit for breakfast, some turkey on whole wheat for lunch with a fruit and vegetable, and something semi-healthy for dinner, and jog for 20-30 minutes daily, will i be successful in lossing any weight? any help or advice would be very much appreciated!
