Ht. 5'7", Start: 204 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 145 lb - i had work this afternoon 4-8 so i went there straight after school and dint have any thing to eat so at work i had a packet of mentos, 3 small easter eggs and a can of pasito!!! omg how bad im just not going to bring money to work anymore lol but i ate well before that. and i knew i wouldnt have time to excersise this arvo so i got uo early and did the biggest winner cardio kick box :D proud lolPS I POSTED THIS AGIAN CAUSE MY OTHER POST HAD METRIC SYSTEM WEIGHTS SO YEA

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I'm posting my daily stuff...well here it goes. Breakfast: Total whole wheat cereal w/ 1% milk & an orange; Lunch: fat-free yoghurt w/ blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, raisins, & granola; Snack: carrots w/ salsa & rye crispbread; Dinner: Lean Cuisine meal w/grilled chicken, pasta, veggies & carmel apple dessert & a cup of 1% milk; Excercise: 15 min. cross-trainer, 15 min. stationary bike, 30 min, treadmill (but I mostly walked), and 100 cruntches. Please comment.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 151 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Well today I think I did pretty good. Breakfast was cereal. Lunch a sandwich and an apple. Snack Yogurt and Dinner was lasagna. Exercise was speed training and walking for like 40 mins. I feel pretty good. I think my weight has gone down some but I'm staying away from the scale untill I know I can see a number I can be proud of. Untill then it's just about treating myself right and doing the right things for my body.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 247 lb, Today: 233 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Jeezzz, for some reason I get on track but get right off track.. I was on track for a while and lost 14 lbs. but I always lose motivation. I was exercising in the beginning but lost all motivation for it. Does anyone know what I can do to keep on track??

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - ( 120 AT FIRST THEN 110 ULTEMENTLY) ok every1, im relaly confused, when i was at the doctor last my doctor thought i was 120 or 115, her professional opinion, im also a size three, but i feel fat. I think my stomach is kinda big but its not jinormous, im i over weight? i also feel reawlly self conscience, this has been the issue my whole life( sel conscience and not skinny but possibly not fat??) whats the matter with me PLEASE REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel wonderful! Well this is what I"ve done today.
For breakfast I didn't eat because I dont' have time in the morning, then for lunch I had a salad topped off with shreades of turkey and cheese, with light Italin dressing, with a seving of pears and 1% milk. Then for a snack after I came home was carrots apple sauce and some chips and dip (which wasn't needed but my belly was still growling xD ) and thats it to far. I'll eat some kind of dinner later lol
give me some tips please!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I can't figure it out im workout at least 1 hour a day sometimes more. It dpends on what day. My eating isn't really that bad but I can't seem to lose any weight im keppy going up one pound then go back down one pounds PLEASE HELP

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I feel like I didn't do as good as I have been doing today....Breakfast: maple & brown sugar oatmeal w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: cambell's chicken & stars soup cup & a special k bar & an apple; Snack: rye crispbread & carrots w/ salsa; Dinner: boca sloppy joe on a wheat bun & 1% milk; Excercise: 1/2 hour walk, some push-ups & cruntches, & an hour hip-hop dance class. What was bad, what was good, what could I do better on? I would love some feedback please!! =)

And another thing even though the weight isn't coming off you still can lose inches. I can't get past 188 but yet im losing inches. Let me know if you change your mind
