Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I'd like some feedback. I had my treat day yesterday but I waaay over did it. Breakfast: Total whole wheat cereal w/ 1% milk & an orange; Lunch: teriyaki chicken & vegetable stir-fry & a little rice & grapes; Snack: pretzels; Dinner: Smart Ones meal- angel hair marinara pasta w/zuccini & 1% milk; Calorie total= about 1,300. Excercise: 15 minutes cross-trainer, 15 minutes stationary bicycle, 100 cruntches, & 30 minutes treadmill at a low-speed. Reply please.

Looks like your getting right back on track. Try to keep the terrioky chicken and chinese to a minumim...like once a month or so you can treat your self to it. Chinese is my favorite but it's so bad for you. Truth is I'm acctually letting some left over chinese rot in my families fridge because I'm not going to eat something so bad for me. In other news someone else in my family probably will eat it and none of them care or have to worry about what they eat. grr me for being the chunk of the family...everyone else is.....so....well thin.
