Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Just clarifying something: 3500 EXTRA calories equals 1 pound of weight gain, right? You don't gain any weight if you eat 3500 calories a day, just if you eat 3500 extra? Next Sunday I'm planning on picking one food that I really want and eating it. Do you think I'll be able to mantain my weight by just eating one food of anything I want?

depending on your activity level you should be consuming 1800-2200 calories at our age. 3500 calories added onto that would cause you to gain a pound. generally people eat around 50-500 extra calories a day but it adds up over the course of the week and before you know it, youve gained a pound.
